Starting this thread early!

We've just booked for our second round to start August 2nd with egg collection September 8th.

I was on the Jan/Feb thread earlier this year.

@ngy21 yay, that's exciting!! Glad to hear you can start your stims tomorrow...hopefully you won't have to do the full 12 days. It's must be so good to have a slightly more confirmed schedule now. Hopefully time will start to go a bit quicker for you now x

Yeah I get a day 1, day 2 and then an update before transfer. They said they don't like to disturb them every day but I can call if I want to. I have the number for the lab

@TanBr congratulations on your BFP it is the first stage we all dream and hope for. Embrace it.

For no good reason I've become increasingly concerned because all my initial symptoms; cramping, bloating, sore breasts have subsided. Only a little bit of bloating remains. I also didn't have any implementation bleeding that ive read some women have.

Prepare for the worst and hope for the best.

Day 6 of my 2WW and holding up (just!).

I've never had implantation bleeding, this is my fourth! Xx

I am 39 with unexplained infertility. This time we decided to go with donor eggs just to have changed something.
I am day 7 post two day 5 frozen embryo transfer. I can’t recall the quality of the embryos tbh as last time we had a 5 AA and it still didn’t work.
I did a pregnancy test and it is negative.I’m finding it difficult to motivate myself to continue with two infections a day and the pessaries. I’m so exhausted.
I still have one embryo left and I’m so tempted to just leave it

@tourist36 have you looked into steroids? My mum had my little bro via IVF after 6 miscarriages and they said she had high natural killer cells.

@Gensola thats a good point. The clinic didn’t mention it. I feel like I am the one who has to guide them through this. Even the clexane injection was my idea. I appreciate your help xx

@tourist36 I’ve decided to insist on prednisone if my next transfer fails. That and clexane. My clinic are not proactive at all.

@tourist36 sounds like you have had a difficult time, really hope that you are lucky this time!! Otherwise definitely worth seeing what other options there are for you. All fingers crossed.

12 eggs collected - I had 25 follicles so many must have been empty.
Worried about getting anything to transfer as last time I had 22 eggs and only ended up with 2 embryos. All we can do is wait now.

Im currently counting down the hours for an 'appropriate' time to call the clinic to check on my little embryos...I don't wanna seem too crazy 😁

Hi @2mumsandason, down reg scan tomorrow morning. Hopefully it will be ok.. right now I am more worried about a work thing I need to rush to after. I'm running a big event, and I am so worried I wont get there in time. Not told the boss I'm going for another round, so explaining to him why I am late on such an important day will be tricky. Best of luck for Friday, let me know how you get on x

@Goldilocks2528 oh no, poor you! Hopefully the clinic will scan you quickly and you will be on your way again. Hope it doesn't cause you too much stress.

@2mumsandason Sadly it is an hours appointment, which is just too long. I'll be very late. Wwe have to sign the consent forms too. I am hoping they'll call me later with their usual pre-day appointment covid questionnaire, and then I'm going to say I have to leave asap. I want to keep it to 30 mins if possible.. we have signed and read all the forms before. Took ages. Hoping we can just scan, sign and go!!!
