So basically today is my last day of clomid my first and only round!
So taking ovulating sticks , I'm cycle day 10
Wondered if anyone is in similar boat and want to keep each other company along the way!!!

@Luna1108 that's one positive OPK! Usually told to DTD for the next 3 days! So get to it girl!

@lastbany I get really bad ovulation cramps. I think you're best bet is just to keep DTD as much as you can. I read that you ovulate between 5-10 days after the last pill so you may not have ovulated yet

@chloedancer897 ye I also read today can be 2/3 weeks after !! Wtf haha

@lastbany I’m not cramping now for few days. Boobs are as sore. When is your AF due? I’m interested to see what number I get on progesterone. Before clomid I was 40 and then 35.

My partner is telling me now to just forget about it but that’s easier said than done

@Shelleybe I know haha if I ovulated around 12/14 deffo think I'm out as we last dtd 14, hoping clomid makes me late with it usually af cd28/31 have had some 33 days thou! Hoping to dtd today couple times to cover what missed lol gonna then keep up as much as a can!

My 2 follicles are still there. They want me back yet again tomorrow. I’ve really had enough now!!

Just thought I'd jump on quick. I know I've spoken to a few of you before but regards to your follicles @Luna1108...I had 7 follicles that grew to between 35mm-50mm each and I didn't ovulate them until somewhere between CD17-21 (pretty sure it was CD19). Hang in there, it will happen!

@Shelleybe I’m CD14 today, I wouldn’t be as bothered if I hadn’t had a peak OPK, I don’t understand how I can have that and they’re still there! Still positive tests today, just not as strong as yesterday.

@Crazydoglady123 is there such a thing as too big a follicle? I’m starting to get uncomfortable 😞

@Luna1108 when I googled 50mm follicle it came up with mares (horses) as that's a big follicle for them! My scan last week 4 of the 7 was gone (ovulated) but had two at 50mm each and one 6cm haemorraghic cyst.

@Luna1108 I only got one positive opk this cycle so far. It’s hard to know with the false positives as well supposedly with clomid. Did they say anything else about follicles to you. That is so frustrating and confusing. My bloods are tomorrow. I’ve had no scans

@Crazydoglady123 how are you finding clomid? Is it your first cycle

@Crazydoglady123 so the big ones wouldn’t have been eggs then? I’m concerned the 24mm is now ‘past it’ and will not ovulate.

I’m feeling nauseous from the ovulation pains! Ah man this cycle is going to pot 😢 I’d felt pretty good about it!

@Shelleybe no they didn’t really say anything other than they don’t think they’ve ovulated. They’re taking my bloods again tomorrow too. 6th day of scans and bloods.

@Shelleybe no it's my second but I've over stimulated both times. The NHS consultant said they've never seen anyone stimulate like I have on Clomid. I'm actually now having private IVF and on down regs currently. It just happened that my private consultation happened very early on in my cycle and we was given the chance to start this cycle even though I'd taken Clomid as long as we abstained. My cyst though might delay things if it's not gone but I'll find out next Tuesday.

@Luna1108 no that's fine follicle size. When you think in IVF they like them around 20mm when you trigger

@Crazydoglady123 best of luck with the ivf. Sounds tough what you went through with overstimulation. Everything crossed for good news for you soon

@Luna1108 that’s hard going back and forth. Hopefully bloods can tell you too some more info. Frustrating especially cause you are doing so much and positive opk

Those of you who took clomid days 5/9 , when did you ovulate with it ? Cx

@Luna1108 my last follicle was bigger and I ovulated fine. I felt it but it wasn’t awful by any means.

Update: I’ve ovulated!

Didn’t dtd last night after a blazing row so now I’m devastated. Feel like the universe is conspiring against me.

@lastbany I ovulated CD16 I think.

@Luna1108 finally! Don't worry, sperm can live up to 5 days in there! DTD today to cover yourself!x

@Luna1108 I know what you feel like!! We fell out Thursday so haven't done tht deed since Wednesday last week ! Cd15 I'm now cd20 things have sorted and we will dtd today but so mad!! Caus feel like we have deffo missed it!
You should be good for today and tonorow thou should you not?

@chloedancer897 @lastbany so I was scanned yesterday at 10am, follicle still there. Scanned today at 9am, follicle gone. So I’ve ovulated somewhere in between. We dtd on Sunday night so that should be ok right? Just know it’s not the peak moment but at least it was within 24 hours.

We dtd this morning after getting back from clinic lol, grasping at straws! Now for the TWW.
