IVF&FET June/July cycle buddies

Hi, we are starting a FET this month after a bit of back and forth with the clinic. Start downreg on Fri with ET hopefully first week of July. Wondering if anyone else cycling around the same time? X

It's positive!!! Oh my gosh I'm shaking. My last little 3BC embryo worked. I've never seen a positive test. My first fertility appointment was in 2016!

Congrats @Parkandride !!! I remember seeing that first ever positive test on my second IVF cycle which turned into my daughter. It was literally the best moment of my life! So excited for you xxx

@Rovera12 I’m glad you’re feeling well. I’m feeling well mostly and I’m a bit worried as I had some symptoms at the beginning of the week which have now disappeared. 5 weeks today and I’m still in disbelief. Hoping everything will be fine

@Parkandride just to give you the heads up, early pregnancy feels a lot like you are about to start a period - cramps in particular are normal but can be quite freaky when it all feels quite fragile. Hope it all goes well xxx

My scan is at the beginning of Sept and this wait feels worse than the 2WW wait. I keep thinking about doing another clear blue test to see if the weeks have moved on but at the minute too nervous too incase it now says not pregnant. My line was clearly there on the hospital test but was faint rather than really strong like some of you have mentioned, so worried something might not be right or go wrong before the scan.
The rollercoaster of emotions are unreal! I feel aches or cramp one day and then nothing, feel more like my period is due!

How is everyone else doing?

Good morning @07hopesanddreams, I am a huge worrier as well.
I don’t have any symptoms and it’s making me freak out. Two nights ago I taught I felt sick/nausea but it could be that I was very tired as I had a lot to cook . I tested that evening(will include the picture) the line was not as dark as the other 3 test , though is still dark to see easily .
I am worrying over no symptoms and if all is still ok 😁.
I had a blood test through my Gp on Saturday and I don’t know if it’s ready now. I have requested my Gp to call me back by 1pm.
Also I go back to work tomorrow, I could try and get the blood test done by myself. I work in a different hospital but luckily I was created an MRN for antibody testing at my work place. Keeping my fingers crossed and praying 🙏.
Though I feel a little(tiny😁) nausea/cramps as I type .

@Rovera12 that still looks like a very strong positive to me. I might just do another test if I have one at home tomorrow to hopefully subside my worry or might wait till Thurs as thats a week after my OTD so my hcg level should have gone up if everything is ok. What tests do you use?
I have been ready that a lot of people don’t get any symptoms until 6-8wks so try not to worry, easier said than done as I’m trying not to myself.

Thanks wishing you a healthy pregnancy too. I tested again fe minutes ago n I promise it’s the last , I won’t be testing apart from blood test .
@07hopesanddreams when is your scan, are you back to work ?

@07hopesanddreams I got the test from savers, I have used one from savers in d past.
My beta result came back positive @586. I am so grateful to God and relaxed now.

@Rovera12 my scan isn’t until the 5th Sept and my client doesn’t do blood tests so its a long wait. Congratulations on your beta results thats great. When is your scan? Do you know roughly how far along you are?

@07hopesanddreams my clinic don’t do blood test . I called my Gp and said I have a letter to say I had ivf and also inform them about my pregnancy.
I told my Gp that due to Covid 19 I can’t go to the hospital for blood test, I was told my Gp could arrange that(I made that up) .
My scan is on the 3rd sept , I am 4weeks 6 days today according to my app and the IVF calculator.

My Gp requested the blood test on the same day Friday , I picked it up and went to a sister Gp around that opens on Saturday.

I called the Gp today as the letter stated they should prescribe cyclogest and lubion for another few weeks. I also asked if they results was ready, which she gave the numbers.

@Rovera12 thats great and nearly at 5wks already. I don’t have a good feeling about mine, do you know when your gut is just telling you something isn’t right or your body isn’t happy. I’m going to take a final test tomorrow and let my clinic know if its changed to negative so not to waste a scan appt. Hopefully it’ll be positive but something is telling me its not worked this time. Hope you have a happy & healthy pregnancy and can now relax a little with your blood test results

Aww @07hopesanddreams why are you feeling that way? Any changes or what ?
Please pick yourself up and be happy . You can call your Gp to request for a blood test just like I did, explain you don’t feel to good and you don’t have to go to the clinic as they said Gp can order it.
I am so sorry you feel that way. I have no symptoms at all and I read not everyone could have symptoms.

It wasn’t the best news this morning. Did a clearblue and it still said 1-2wks and it should be saying 3+ now and did a normal one and it was negative. They said to keep my scan appointment for confirmation but pretty sure its my lucky time. We can afford one more fresh cycle, otherwise we’d look to adopt a little one that needed a loving home. Feeling very low and said today.
Hope everyone else is having a better day and enjoying the start of a magically 9months, maybe next time for me

@07hopesanddreams I am so sorry to hear you are going through all of this. It’s so sad like I can’t even take it myself, so what went wrong now ?
I am just short of words like, I have never had a chemical pregnancy, is this how chemicals happen?
I am so sorry hun, I wish I could give you a tight 🤗 hug.
I am pray you get comfort this trying times.
You said you were going to test Thursday , did you use your first morning urine ?

@Rovera12 I'm impressed with your skills in getting your GP to do that! Did you manage to get the lubion then? I've had to stick with my expensive clinic stuff.

Official test day today so did another test and scan booked for 28th

@Parkandride you are lucky your clinic don’t take long for scans . Congrats once more
Gp sent prescription already so I picked cyclogest , the pharmacy said they will call me tomorrow to update me on the lubion.

@Rovera12 I've got one weird tube so they scan at 6 weeks instead of 7 to check for ectopic, trying not to think about that!

I am so sorry @07hopesanddreams . I know how It feels to see that bfp and then have bad news so I really do feel for you. Can they not do bloods so that you know for sure? The small bit of hope I had felt like torture. Please take care of yourselves. X
