@LaurenN23 that sounds like what you have to do with preseed, I have ordered some so will give it a go!

Yes with pre seed you get ten syringes and put it up half hour before sex @LaurenN23 @dragonfly1978 I think it said around 2ml but be careful as to much can reduce sensation for OH so they can find it harder

@Carleyxo I've been having reflexology since May and it is so lovely. It's amazing what she's able to tell just from my feet. I've also found it lovely just to chat to her about things too - she specialises in fertility and has had IVF herself. It hasn't worked for me yet but I'm keeping it up because I really like it. She has lots of good advice.

I'm doing the same as the rest of you! Preseed, cough mixture, SMEP method, positive thinking (trying not to hate every pregnant person I see), reflexology, a whole tonne of vitamins, relaxation and rest. Let's do this ladies. January is the month!

@Mol5 thanks for sharing - that really does give us hope that it can still happen even after a few goes on clomid.

Yes to everything you just said @Sylva123 👌🏽💪🏽💃🏽 do you have the reflexology at any certain point during your cycle?

I just have it every fortnight because it's all I can afford at the moment @Carleyxo. She does different things depending where I am in my cycle and depending what she picks up on the feet. She usually focuses on the ovaries around ovulation time, for example. Then later in the month she might focus more on relaxation, during implantation time.
Last year I tried acupuncture for ages but nothing in my cycle changed so I gave it up. I prefer reflexology because at least u get a nice relaxing treatment out of it!

Oh yes I agree otherwise it can get so expensive can't it! Fortnightly gives me a good gage :) I'm emailing a lady now about it so I'll give it a go @Sylva123

I’ve just spoken to a local lady that does fertility reflexology, my husband thinks I’ve completely lost the plot now 😂🙈 the supplements arrived today. Is there a certain time you take various ones or all together @Sylva123 @Carleyxo ?? Xx

I just take them whenever @Loziliz75 usually morning or evening but not a particular time x

@LaurenN23 sorry for the BFNs they suck. We got given 6 months worth straight away so hopefully you will be able to get more (well actually hopefully you wont need more!)

@Loziliz75 I feel the same. Theres been so many prg announcements the past few weeks-ive unfollowed so many people on social media. Just have to for my own mental health!

So did I @LottieDot that's one thing I've learnt during this journey is to think how other people feel before posting photos and statuses (not that I do anyway) but you know what I mean x

@Loziliz75 I take them in the morning usually, just to try to get into a routine of taking them every day. Forgot today though so am going to take them now - there's so many to take!!! Husband also thinks I've lost the plot!!

@Carleyxo we got 6 rounds with the NHS and a further 3 rounds privately (£200 approx without scanning). I also used Ovusense during rounds 7/8/9 which showed my ovulation date as a little different (72 hours later) to OPKS. Privately in the UK we were told we could do up to 12 rounds in total if we signed to accept risks etc. X

@Mol5 that's really interesting as last month (my first on Clomid) I am sure I ovulate after it said I did on OPKs and I am convinced we stopped too early. I had ovulation pain, spotting and EWCM a few days after a positive.

@Sylva123 @Carleyxo @Loziliz75 I spoke to a fertility reflexologist this afternoon after thinking about it after reading it on this thread. I am booked for next Wednesday with her which is 24-48 hours before I should ovulate. This is when she recommended I have the appointment to have the most success! Fingers crossed it works 🤞. Don't think I will tell my husband, he will think I have lost the plot!!!!

How many days have you all had a solid smiley face before you get a flashing one? I just got my first solid one on CD9 and wasn't expecting to ovulate until CD17 as that's when it happened last month but now I think it may be earlier??
