I'm worried as we didn't do it for a week before I ovulated. I mean I could of ovulated sunday I don't actually know 😂did you do it the Sunday before you ovulated or do you mean two days later? @CharlotteCx

@carleygh oh no don't worry about that, the most crucial days are the day before the day of and the day after!

Thought I was in luck today but nope! So so close 😩 darkest one by far I've had this cycle. I've barely had lines at all!! Hoping and praying it gets darker!

That's not a positive ovulation - the test line has to be as dark or darker than the control line x @carleyg

@LaurenN23 bloody hell you 2 have got stamina haha! That's amazing though, got a good chance then 🤞🏻 have you used preseed? First month I used it and I fell pregnant! I generally think the stuff is magic! 💫

You'll most likely ovulate tomorrow - try and go for a blood test on 27th! Cos obviously you can't do it on Christmas Day or Christmas Eve x

@CharlotteCx I'm booked in for bloods on 23rd which will be hopefully 5DPO, as I'm in Amsterdam from Boxing Day to 29th!!! It's been tough but we've made sure we've done it, used Conceive Plus each time which I think is pretty much the same as preseed! Fingers crossed!

Oh really 😂😂 I just assumed mine was positive as it was the first double lines I had seen 😂 I've never had one that had two lines before @CharlotteCx x

@LaurenN23 yeah I'd say 5dpo was ok I went for my bloods at 5dpo this month n they come back at 112.4, hoping yours come out high too 🙊 have a good time in Amsterdam & try not to stress. Yes concieve plus is the same as pre seed! X

@carleygh you know what they say, it only takes one time. You did it as much as you could as soon as you realised you were ovulating, and I think you caught it just in time. They say every other day leading up to it, and then 3 days in a row when you get your positive. You missed out on the first bit, but like Charlotte says - you got the most important days in there and that's what matters. If you'd been doing it the week before you might have got tired of it on the days that counted the most, or your OH might not have been able to perform (it happens to so many of us on here). So I think just there's still such a good chance for you. You still got 3 really fertile days in there. And theres so much conflicting advice out there. My consultant told me to do it 3 days in a row when you get your positive opk, and I really trust her, and that's what you did. I think you'll be fine and all you can do now is hope and wait xxx

@carleygh like @sylva123 said, you hit the most important days and that's what counts! Although they say sperm can live for up to 5 days, it's not often those sperm that fertilise the egg - the fresher the better!!

@CharlotteCx what did you boobs feel like I remember you saying they were sore? Mine aren't so much sore but feel funny and my nipples are very much there 😂

@carleygh from 2DPO they started to become really sore, especially round my nipple area. They are still sore, but the past few days they've been feeling like someone has got a lighter on my nipples they are burning, it's a really weird sensation! X

@carleygh it was my nipples the first couple of days, then the whole boobs kicked in!
