@Loziliz75 yeah it's so annoying - I had lots of EWCM last month but this month had nothing so I'm glad Iv used the pre seed! I'm going to test on my lunch today. Keep telling myself not to be disheartened if it's BFN as only 8DPO. I just feel like I NEED to test 🤣 do you ever get like that?

@CharlotteCxI thought had symptoms of pregnancy on last cycle, sore boobs etc then tested and was bfn then come on next day 🤦🏽‍♀️😩😭 I was gutted!! Xx

@Loziliz75 I think I'm pregnant every month 🤣🤣🤣 last month I felt soooo sick for about a week before AF, sore boobs the lot.. bam AF showed.

This month my boobs have been sore since 2DPO though which never normally happens - and obviously my bloods have sky rocketed so I'm intregued to see what happens! Hoping the high blood levels is a good sign 😌

We did indeed and will do tonight and tomorrow 😂😂 that's so interesting I should read it. Like @Sylva123 said you are supposed to do that to keep the sperm fresh etc @CharlotteCx also Sylva what cough medicine as my CM is non existent all the time.

I think everyone is different I did mine last night 8pm and it was so strong then this morning 8am not as obvious but 100% wait!! It doesn't come up straight away always.

@carleygh hope you used your pre seed lol. I done a cheap Asda one a little while ago, was a bfn but I don't think their very good apperently. Someone's just told me that they used that test at 13dpo who was actually pregnant and had the faintest line so I'll bin them 🤣

Blatant BFN lol but then I read the leaflet n it says most accurate readings a day after missed AF, but you can test earliest 4 days before. There crap! Iv just gone n got the little strip ones, they seem quite good!

Yeah that's ok just get it up there tonight and tomorrow! Nothing worse than having to stop when your in the moment. Hold on a minute babe just got to shove some pre seed up there 🤣

Exactly haha I didn't even think about it to be honest which is good as I was obviously up for it and I've read before that's the best time as it released a a chemical which is good for conceiving @CharlotteCx

@carleygh I put a screen shot a page or 2 back saying what cough mixture it is... It's a brand I've not heard of! I'm off to the shop now to get some (as I do actually have a cough as well haha!) . It says it has to have guaifenisin as an ingredient and it has to be an "expectorant". I'm trying so many crazy things I may as well try one more mad one! I don't think I've ever had CM so maybe it'll be the thing that works

@carleygh just the Sainsbury's own brand one. So now I'm taking 3 vitamins a day, am begrudgingly eating fish (I'm a vegetarian), am eating seeds (cos of "seed cycling") and am now necking the cough mixture. If someone told me there was a magic fertility hair brush I'd probably buy it 😂

@Sylva123 I'm using guaifenesin too! I've also heard good things - but like you say I'd do anything to make me fertile 😂

@LaurenN23 oh amazing!! Have you noticed a difference? One of the drs also mentioned it to me at the Fertility Show a few months back. Hope it works!

@carleygh these are the ones. Guaifenesin is the magic CM ingredient. Think you're meant to take it during the fertile bit of the month, on the days you want the CM

@Sylva123 only started it on this cycle day so not noticed a difference yet but fingers crossed! Anything is worth a shot!

@carleygh yeah maybe try the cough syrup next month if you're already at your most fertile part of the month? I feel silly giving any sort of advice as I feel like pretty much the least fertile woman on the planet. Just regurgitating things I've read online and sharing them in case they help somehow!

@carleygh yeah I'm ok ta. Been doing lots of relaxing things like painting and reiki today. Final test tmw and then it's AF time and trying again over Xmas. Hope you're doing well during ovulation time! So lucky you caught it!
