@Beth804 how r u?

Beth804 · 06/12/2019 21:36

Feeling pretty normal today apart from my nipples being soooo sensitive!

Sylva123 · 06/12/2019 21:49

@Beth804 yep! 7 more days til testing... Argh! I've got lots of nice things planned like reflexology and yoga and a relaxing weekend away so am hoping that'll all help.
Glad you're feeling good!

CharlotteCx · 06/12/2019 22:15

@Beth804 omg really!! What cd are you? Your 1 day ahead of me aren't you? When do you test?

carleygh · 06/12/2019 22:16

Eeekkkk I bet you're glad :-) I'm good thanks Hun @CharlotteCx

Aw @Sylva123 I'm glad all went well for you! :-) x

CharlotteCx · 06/12/2019 22:19

@carleygh literally feel like a weights been lifted off my shoulders. I know with a CB once you have your static smiley it stays there for 3 days but Iv got a spare applicator, if I test and it's flashing smiley again does that mean Iv ovulated, or empty circle? And if it's static on that too then ovulation still hasn't occurred? I just wana test to see what it says 🙈 x

Sylva123 · 06/12/2019 22:26

@CharlotteCx from what I understand you have to use the same applicator each time otherwise it doesn't work. Each time you use a new applicator you get an empty circle the first go, then it uses that as a baseline to see if your LH goes up. I think! I could be totally wrong. But if it helps, the static only stays for 2 days I think. Then you can test again. Are you charting your temperatures as well? I tend to use cheapy opks at the same time as the clear blue, that way I can see the lines gradually getting lighter and darker, if that makes sense.

CharlotteCx · 06/12/2019 22:34

@Sylva123 I used the one I wanted to test with tonight on my first cycle of Clomid and then I lost it ... so opened another pack and started using the other but then found the one I lost so it would have some data on it I should think? I'll try anyways. I keep meaning to get some IC ones but keep forgetting. I charted my temperature the first month of Clomid but that stressed me out too as my chart was like a Rocky Mountain, later found out that women with PCOS do tend to have that with temping. It also looked like I didn't ovulate but bloods confirmed I did so I stopped temping.

CharlotteCx · 06/12/2019 22:55

@Sylva123 your right.. it just gave me a blank circle. Thought I'd give it a go though. I'll order some IC's now.

carleygh · 06/12/2019 23:18

I wish I could help but I have no idea with the digi ones mine is a simple yes or no 😂😂 as soon as I've ovulated it's a circle again once it doesn't detect the hormone. It's a smiley face when I am. @CharlotteCx

How about some cheap ones? X

CharlotteCx · 06/12/2019 23:23

Haha I don't even know why I wana test again cos it says once you get your peak there's no need to test again that cycle. But here I am, trying to still test 🙈🤷🏻‍♀️ x

Beth804 · 07/12/2019 05:59

@CharlotteCx I use cheapies alongside. I get it, you just wanna make sure it goes negative again!

I'm cd 19 today - 3dpo. Nipples started hurting day after ov! I'm just pleased I have any luteal phase symptoms this month!

dragonfly1978 · 07/12/2019 08:22

Am now on CD13, no positive OPK yet after stopping Clomid on CD6. This morning I have had some light brown spotting, could this be an ovulation bleed or is my body just really mucked up??? Have never had spotting before but this is my first round of Clomid. Am now terrified things aren't going work and I am not going to ovulate 😥

CharlotteCx · 07/12/2019 08:49

@Beth804 I need to stock up on cheapies!

Well, sensitive nipples is a very very good sign! When will you test?

carleygh · 07/12/2019 08:53

@dragonfly1978 I remember reading before that the average to ovulate after your last tablet is 7-10 days If that helps? How long are your cycles usually? X

dragonfly1978 · 07/12/2019 09:02

Thanks @carleygh. I haven't had a cycle for two and half years so not really sure!!

Beth804 · 07/12/2019 10:21

@dragonfly1978 Thetes still plenty of time, don't worry!

Beth804 · 07/12/2019 10:23

@CharlotteCx I have my work night out next Friday so will deffo test before that, but I'll only be 9dpo 😬 I still won't really want to drink though just in case! Rubbish timing!

CharlotteCx · 07/12/2019 10:54

@dragonfly1978 there is still deffo plenty of time your still early in your cycle. I ovulated cd16 this month, you could be the same!

I've got such a lower back ache today! It's been there all morning!

CharlotteCx · 07/12/2019 10:55

@Beth804 I have a feeling this is your month! Sensitive nipples are a really good sign. Get a FRER to test at 9dpo they are super sensitive.

Loziliz75 · 07/12/2019 11:11

Has anyone got or tried the ferti-lily cup? If they have would people recommend or just a waste of money? Thanks!

Beth804 · 07/12/2019 13:57

@CharlotteCx FRER already at the ready 😂

Beth804 · 07/12/2019 14:02

@CharlotteCx Hmm maybe, but I just checked back on Ovia at the last time I was ovulating (rarely!) and I logged nipple soreness each time straight after ovulation. So I think that's just my thing 🤷‍♀️

Beth804 · 07/12/2019 14:05

@CharlotteCx (last time was 2015 🙈)

CharlotteCx · 07/12/2019 14:16

@Beth804 haha! Oh really? Yes maybe then, hopefully it's not just 'your thing' though and is a symptom haha. How u feeling today?
