For anyone who is taking clomid for whatever fertility reason.

@carleygh how did you cope with 6 months of the pressure! That's what I'm finding the hardest out of any of it! Not even me cos I can just lay there I just feel so sorry for my OH cos I can see the pressure in hm & he's the one that's got to perform 🙈 did you do it every other day or every day thru fertile window xxx

I just tried to chill and not stress. We were told every other day during the window. Sometimes we did it a couple of times or sometimes more. The last two months we had it four times in a row. I never ever make it obvious why we are doing it if that makes sense so I guess that helped with the pressure as it must be hard for them to think you only are doing this for one thing x

I also have a regular treat that week so I'll have a pedicure massage or facial. Something to relax me, I also find a few drinks and date nights help x

I'm such a stress head thou I just can't help it 🙈 and oh knows when I'm in my fertile window I don't know how he just does. Suppose that's 12 years of being together he knows me inside n out lol. It's frustrating cos he's always up for it, but just can't finish. So we have to try a few times in one night so he can finish but I always throw a strop and then straight after regret it but it's out of frustration 😩 x

Bless you I can't imagine the frustration must be hard 😭 have you tried meditation and yoga etc? That helps de stress sooo much x

Literally feel like hitting my head against a brick wall right now lol. We've tried once already tonight .. failed! Just waiting for the second attempt now. It's just one hurdle after another. I thought now I'm on Clomid I'd fall pregnant quick! Didn't realise we'd have this hurdle to now overcome, him constantly doing this! Makes my blood boil and I feel bad for feeling like this but can't help it 😩 I feel so angry with him!!!

Have you maybe tried keeping it from him about your fertility window? Maybe if he didn't know when it was he may relax more? X

Oh no @CharlotteCx, that was me last night !
Don't panic, you still have time. Maybe plan something nice for tomorrow like a date night? I didn't try tonight as can see he's still upset about yesterday and I haven't got my static yet - I need him to absolutely perform when I do! So I have given up the idea of every other day from end of period and need to rely on OPKs as don't think DH can cope! I am planning to cook his favourite dinner tomorrow with a nice bottle of wine etc and see if spoiling him helps. It annoys me having to do that but needs must!!!!

@carleygh I think next month if I don't fall this month I'll try my hardest to keep it from him but he always seems to know ! Might be my body language or whatever round the time but I will try next month.

@dragonfly1978 I know ☹️ I feel so sad. I had my peak today so NEEDED to get it in. We've done it now so panic over BUT I know that tomorrow night and Saturday are going to be exactly the same ☹️ .. it's his birthday today and I feel terrible for going on at him, but I just can't help it. He said 'u moaning at me is making it 10x worse' I said but I don't moan at first it's just when we have to keep trying over n over in one night just so u can finish it's frustrating coz all u have to do is have sex what's so hard!!!!! But then that's me just being selfish. We are out Saturday evening for his birthday so hopefully it'll be fine Saturday evening just worried about tomorrow. Happy days 😳

I hope you get what you want tomorrow night! When are you expecting your static? I don't understand how it works when sperm only live 3-5 days In good conditions how having sex every day or every other once af has stopped works... if you come off af on cd4 and don't ovulate until cd16 like me this month, then all that stress and dtd was for nothing from cd4 til CD10 surely as the sperm would have died by then!

It might be worth a go because he won't know where the pressure lies then, make sure the tests are hidden and not left out to see too :) xx

I will try but he'll probably just know. But worth a go. We managed to dtd last night anyway - and then I fell asleep and he come on to me again and there was no pressure at all cos we'd already don't what was needed. Be glad when all this is bloody over lol x

Deffinatly ovulation day today. Very tender right ovary and lower back ache on right side too!

Oh bless you, I take my hat off to him my husband would have no idea unless I told him 😂😂 I don't really openly talk about when I'm due on etc though not for any reason I just don't think he appreciates girly talk haha xx

Had my follow up scan today & they confirmed ovulation and my lining has thickened back up. Just one more week to go til I can test! So happy to have ovulated though!

@dragonfly1978 me and my husband have been having the same woes over having sex the right days & all that pressure.

One thing that just occurred to me - we had to stop using the preseed/conceive plus that you put inside with the applicator because my husband could never finish when we used it. Now we're using just a teeny tiny bit of conceive plus from the squeezy bottle, rather than the applicator, and using it like normal lube (TMI sorry). Just sharing in case anyone else finds that to be the issue as well. Xx

@Sylva123 excellent I'm glad your lining has thickened and you ovulated!!! How comes your OH couldn't finish when you used the applicator? Was it to slippery?

@carleygh is he one of them that cringes when you talk about period 🤣 xx

@CharlotteCx yeah he said he lost sensitivity with it. I think it was too slippy.

@Sylva123 did you put it right up into your curvix? Cos that's what I do and it's not to bad!

@CharlotteCx I can't remember now, but I think so. It felt the same to me, but he didnt like it. The normal one in the tube is fine though, maybe it's psychological! I've never really noticed having the right CM so I'm hoping Conceive Plus will do the job!

Not at all we talk about everything else but periods and stuff I guess he just doesn't need to know really 😂🤷🏽‍♀️ @CharlotteCx how are you today xx

@carleygh True 🤣 .. yeah I'm not bad hun, been crampy alllll day so deffo ovulating today - hoping to dtd again tonight I haven't put pressure on him at all I'm just waiting for him lol. I haven't had no EWCM at all, so I'm glad I'm using pre seed now! I remember my first month on Clomid I didn't have any EWCM when I ovulated. Last month I had loads, this month it's more watery. So hopefully the preseed with help the sperm along the way! How r u? Xx

I feel so relieved! We've managed to dtd again 👏 I didn't go on n on tonight and it seemed to have worked!
