@carleygh 💖 .. I just went toilet & have got EWCM like Cm! It stretched between my fingers - I was thinking it was old semen (sorry TMI) my opk is still a flashing smiley so I'm not at my peak yet. I'm only on CD8 😳 .. I had the watery sticky type CM yesterday .. I hope it's not EWCM just yet I am expecting ovulation around the weekend!

I've been reading on google and there is a lot saying that semen after sex could look a lot like ewcm. So hoping it is that & not the fertile CM just yet I need a chance to dtd more lol!

Just catching up with this thread and I'm so happy to see all the positivity, I'm so hopeful for us all!

I'm on CD 12 and since last night I've been getting mild cramps and twinges in what I imagine to be my left side ovary. Is this normal?

I'd say it was normal yes! I'm only on CD8 and am very crampy with a mild lower back ache!

Isn't cramps and EWCM signs of ovulation so it must be soon... hopefully the two times yesterday helped @CharlotteCx x

I don't know if it's EWCM though! Thinking back to the EWCM to last month it was more see through looking and stretchy - this was more cloudy looking if you know what I mean? I do always get cramps round this time of my cycle - my CB should change to static smiley if I'm close to ovulation and it hasn't yet x

It's deffo on route, but that was deffo semen cos it's all gone now. Gone back to the clear sticky CM. Do you not get any at all hun?

Ohhh really?? Nope I maybe sometimes quite a tiny bit of normal white discharge maybe once or twice a month but nothing major at all @CharlotteCx x

No I never usually get cramps until around half hour before it comes and it's always during the night. I wake up with horrid cramps and really need the toilet (TMI) 😂 then around ten minutes later it arrives and cramps ease a little. I have however the last two months been "yoni steaming" and my gosh has it helped the cramps - it's so interesting have you heard of it? @CharlotteCx x

Oh bloody hell its all sprung on you at once then 🤣 .. no I haven't heard of it? What is that? I use a hot water bottle when I get cramps that seems to help a lot! X

@CharlotteCx if you're unsure about ewcm next time, just put it in a sink of water! Ewcm kind of balls up and floats around, whereas semen is water-based so just dissolves. Top tip I've learned while ttc!

@Beth804 Oh wow! I'll try that next time haha! It must have been though cos it was only there this morning when I wiped (after last nights antics) 🤣 also, not sure if we're guna be able to dtd tonight cos OH is still not home from work. If we done it twice last night & do it every day from tomorrow until Tuesday that'll be ok won't it? Due to ovulate over the weekend, Monday preferably! I'm panicking cos wanted to do it every day from last night until next Tuesday!

@CharlotteCx yeah, that'll totally be fine! My cm is still dead thick and creamy TMI - sorry!
We just do every other day anyway as ohs sperm count was a bit lower than average.
