Also ladies - for anyone who may come across this especially at this difficult time - birthing partners can be with you (at the moment) for 6 hours after birth. My midwife was so wonderful and allowed a little longer as he knew the journey we'd been on was tough so in total he was with us from 8am going in until 7pm! Baby born at 1049am so we had a very good stint and could video call family after a few hours which was amazing xx

@Wesstywoo uncertainty and unknown are just horrible! But this looks like a good sign!

Had my 12w scan on Wednesday and everything is going well. Constant worry about losing this one was driving me insane but after speaking with my doc yesterday and her endless reassurance, I decided to relax a bit and enjoy this pregnancy. Combined test came back as low risk. Onwards to a private scan in a couple of weeks or so.

And how are you?

I am ok thank you, glad things are going to start moving again - I have 2 more cycles left and then it will be time to move on I think xx

@Hopingforbabyd hi there, I'm good, almost 23w, so far have been feeling really good both physically and emotionally. How are you? How's the little one?

@Viletta that's fantastic news! How are you finding things? We're both doing well thank you - little man has a cows milk allergy so it has been the toughest time trying to get him onto a prescribed milk but 7 weeks down and we're finally there he's like a new baby! Very happy and content now 😊 happy baby happy mum as they say. But my god I'm knackered 😄 18 more years of this they say? Haha I'm kidding, all is well now just lockdown is taking its toll x

@Hopingforbabyd glad to hear all is going well! Being tiered and complaining is part of nothing wrong with it:) it looks like I'll keep working from home till maternity leave, which is fine by me. I'm enjoying the pregnancy and already thinking of getting the second one. IVF was such fun why not do it again 😂

I'm about to start my next cycle (no 4). Hopefully we will get an embryo this time 🤞 (feel like I've been on this IVF treadmill forever) xx

Doing well thanks made it to the third trimester, due 22nd August, which is coming round fast. I've got so much to do before then.

Are you doing a natural cycle?

Yes another natural modified cycle but they are hoping to get more than 1 egg this time so they have adjusted my protocol slightly. Fingers crossed I get an embryo this time. Then I have one further cycle left in the package after that
