Good morning ladies!

Sorry been really busy but my brother is on his way back to Paris now, always sad to see my brothers leave . However we had a splendid time all together!

I have read all your posts now and ready to add a bit of my twist, missed you girls! Smile

Minster now I have all my meds and starting probably in 10 days’ time from now, on the second day of my cycle to be more precise. My DH had his Blood test result already and all normal (virology blood test) and I am waiting for mine. It is so close now and I think I will need to go on utube to check how to inject myself as I can’t remember! Smile Any help would be much appreciated ladies!

So happy for you Mister and fingers crossed for the next stage sweetie! XXXXXXXXX

Atik glad to read you are feeling better sweetie X

Otters this is wonderful news Halo

Dbear yes that’s right it is called Savasana and it is a wonderful Yoga pause Grin. I concur with Mister rescue remedy is really good. Can also recommend Dormeasan drops from Vogel, all herbal Smile

Rose I loved it, even better than the first time. My 4 year’s niece along with her parents absolutely loved it and thought it was magical! I love musicals!!! And theatre!
11 eggs is amazing Rose you sound so brave! Yes, tomorrow another milestone….glad all went well and you are feeling good Smile

Aliona and Scot special hugs and warm thought to both of you

To be perfectly honest I feel totally st today ha! It feels like sinusitis, but I will take care of it. Plus I really could do with NOT being in the office. Basically I need to win the lottery girls I’ve had it ha! Aliona I might join you honey pie Wink XXX Also what is the deal with the weather? It is so cold! -1 just outside London! At least the sun is out though Smile. You know what girls? I feel the hormones are kicking, so AF on its way. It’s best if people leave me alone at work today, otherwise it will be interesting for them Grin

Savasana…the preparation is as important as during and after…I thought you might like this XXX

1
Pick the right location. Keeping a peaceful mind is key to correctly performing Savasana. You should look for a quiet, dark place that will allow you to focus on your breathing and meditation
• You might need to move to another room than the one you used to perform your previous poses if you have many distractions or can't relax. If you are in a class, your instructor may darken the lights in the room as you relax.
• Make sure the room is a comfortable temperature. Extreme temperatures in heat or cold could distract you from the mental benefits of the pose.
• You must also have a comfortable surface to lie on. Generally, you will need a yoga mat or towels to give you a buffer on hardwood floors. You might want to avoid practicing this pose on concrete or tile floors without a mat.

2
Tighten and lift your legs. Inhale deeply as you tense your body. Tighten your buttocks and raise your legs slightly off the ground.
• Be sure not to put extra pressure on your lower back; lift from your thighs and calves instead.
• Clench your fists and raise your arms as well
• Tense your forehead and suck in your cheeks. Imagine you are compressing all of the energy in your body into your extremities -- toes, fingers, and your nose.

3
Relax your body. Exhale, breathing inward as you release the pose. Lower your legs and unclench your fist as you relax.
• Let go of any anxious, stressful or negative thoughts while you are performing this pose. Imagine your mind emptying like you are pouring water from a jug
• Although you should try to relax your body all at once, don't feel pressure to rush into relaxation. Gradually breathe out and feel your body relax into the floor.
• There is no time limit for this pose. If you have completed 45-60 minutes of yoga exercises, try relaxing in the Savasana pose for 10 minutes to fully appreciate your session
• It is not unusual to fall asleep in this pose, but make sure that you do not have an important meeting or event afterward. Set a timer on a phone or nearby clock if you have to stop by a certain time.

Recovering from the Pose

1
Reawaken your body. Begin by wiggling your toes and fingers. Open your eyes last.
• Imagine that you are opening up to a new body as you come out of the pose. Savasana should give you a sense of renewal and rebirth

2
Hug your knees. Pull your knees into your chest, wrap your arms around them, and give them a squeeze.
• This pose is also meant to stretch out your muscles after you have tested them with a long yoga session. It is especially effective at protecting your knees from injury

3
Roll out of the pose. Turn onto your right side. Then, slowly push yourself to an upright position using your right elbow.[12]
• Maintain your breathing so you exhale as you push up onto your right elbow.

4
Finished.

RoseWrites Good you feeling ok. One massive step closer to the final result yay

Star join me anytime! Winning lottery is very important though 😏 decided to stop being miserable and get on with life. Got breakfast in the cafe, then went for relaxing haircut. Yeah right 😤 not only paid double as what I usually pay, but had to stand up during the whole time. What the hell? So much for starting a day on a positive note. Lol I ll have to try again tomorrow

Minster Made ab appointment to my Gp as you suggested to check out my miles. It’s tomorow. Place your bet on how many seconds it’s gonna take for my Gp to tell me to go home 😆

Starlumiere · 06/11/2017 12:30

Aliona don't tempt me darling! What do you mean you you had to stand up for your haircut??? Shock

Aliona19 · 06/11/2017 12:37

Star haha exactly wtf is that? He sat me down and towel dry my hair and I was ready to dose off and then he said “can you stand up please” so I did and he started to cut my hair. I thought “oookkk.. maybe it’s easier to start off like that as hair long-ish” but nope, he cut it all the way with me standing up. In fact he blow dry it same way too. He also been stroking my hair way to long and too often. Still bit “wthell just happened to me” 😂

Starlumiere · 06/11/2017 12:59

Aliona I have to say to cut it all/blow dry standing up is rather strange but it might be because you are a little number and he wanted to check you out Wink

Aliona19 · 06/11/2017 13:01

Lol Star it might well be the reason why... but his purple nails suggest there must be a different reason for that 😂

dinksandbinks · 06/11/2017 13:11

Afternoon ladies,

Star I have copied those instructions to my phone!! I am going to try it tonight. I’m getting really bad restless legs at bedtime so I wonder if a bit of relaxation would help!

Minster Yay stage one is complete! I can’t imagine how nerve wrecking this must be... thinking of you. And hope you’re staying warm in town!! I have my hot water bottle out at work.

Rose Thats a great number of eggs!! How are you feeling? Make sure you take it really easy and totally veg out.

Aliona I remember that happening to me once... I had to complain because the guy kept pulling my hair and I thought he was going to give me whiplash. Someone else took over who let me sit down... I still don’t understand why I had to stand in the first place?!

As for me, still soooo ill. And it’s meant to peak at week 9. I know I shouldn’t complain, but almost a week of not really keeping food down is making me a bit depressed, not helped by being unable to swallow my anxiety medication :( I’m trying to keep my focus on the end game but have the doctors phone number on a post-it in the mean time!!

xxx

Aliona19 · 06/11/2017 13:18

dinksandbinks It’s monday morning, guy was only one in there. Very strange and very slow. Defo not going back there again. My hair very thin already, don’t want anymore pulling 😤
Sorry u feeling unwell. And u r allowed to complain. Yes you pregnant and it’s for good reason and so on but who likes to feel sick all the time? Hold on there 😘

Dbear35 · 06/11/2017 14:52

minster good news that's what we like to see in the A.M - hope your having fun in town and your friends results all come back a ok. I have rescue remedy Smile

Rose 11 egg's congrats that's amazing ! fingers crossed they are all fertilised and you have lots of choice Smile - relax take it easy, keep warm and enjoy the sunshine it's beautiful today!

scots how did it go?!

Star thanks for the yoga info I will def try it and the drops for sleep!! -I am just outside of London too in Surrey and it was -1 brrrrrrrrr!

In regards to injections aim at a 90 degree angle , get it in quick and slowly inject the solution. I found using an ice cube on the area first then warming up the area after helped . Plus switch sides.

Aliona your post made me laugh!! maybe not go back there again!

So I came so close to buying a pregnancy test this afternoon at lunch...I had the packet in my hand and stood there for ages deliberating whether to get on or not and try it tomorrow morning. But I know it'll be to early and Im sure it's going to be a negative ... I think im going slightly mad!!!

Starlumiere · 06/11/2017 14:53

Well Aliona he might be swinging both way!! Lol lol lol Wink Grin

Dinks, I hope it will help you sweetie Smile. I am very sorry to hear you are still feeling sick, it is so draining to be feeling poorly day after day, it is exhausting! But as you say it is for a very good cause indeed!!!

Starlumiere · 06/11/2017 15:00

Aliona I meant to write both ways! ha!

Dbear I am glad to be of help Smile. It must be challenging indeed, but you can do this! If you wait you will be so happy with yourself and it is more likely to be what you want then Smile. Hang in there sweetie! XXX
DH is for London/Surrey - we very close Smile

Aliona19 · 06/11/2017 15:33

Starlumiere You might be right. I felt like he was more brushing my nipple rather than hair 🤔 going out for dinner with friend. Wondering what experience will it be 😄
As for injections-I guess it depends what u injecting. My bemfola pen was adviced to be injected at 45 and cetrotide at 90, so just double check with clinic or YouTube, plenty of videos this days

Dbear35 😆 definitely not going back there. Will leave a review too, to save other women!! 😁
I am sure you going mad debating to check or not to check. Don’t know what to say. Better not to, but myself would be probably testing every day if not every few hours 😆 hate waiting. But that’s not a good idea. Give away all your cash and cards and stay away from shops for now 👌🏻

Aliona19 · 06/11/2017 17:14

Scotslass01 are you ok?! ❤️

Minster2012 · 06/11/2017 18:26

Yay Rose that’s great!! Fingers crossed they all fertilise & continue to do well, we remember being there!!

That’s about all I can write at the minute as with friend & DH, progesterone was at the right level but they gave her a bit extra just in case so now we are waiting on the call tomorrow morning to see how the embryo is tomorrow so again I am a bag of nervous energy.

Not sure i’ll sleep.

I hope everyone else is ok, Scots? I’ll let you know if little embryo one makes it tomorrow for ET! Come on number one!!!

Thanks for the well wishes :)

I got home at 12pm, thought I'd watch some telly, but fell fast asleep, the OH put me to bed and I woke up at 5.30pm to the sound of my marauding step children. Devoured a massive bowl of soup and some lasagne and now feel more human. My ovaries definiltey feel a bit twingey, but I'm hoping I'll be better by the morning.

How is everyone else doing?

Star hope you feel better soon sweetie. Exciting AF is on the way! One step closer to starting.
Aliona your haircut sounds super weird!
Mnister Whoop to being onto the next phase!

Dinks hope you feel better soon x

Hi all,
All was amazing. We seen wee splodge. Seen and heard the heartbeat. Measuring at 7w4d. All is perfect. I'm on cloud 9. Hearing that wee heartbeat was the best sound in the world. 12 week scan is 14th Dec. I'll be 12+6 at that point. I can't wait.

@Minster2012 that's fantastic! You must be so pleased.

@dinksandbinks sorry to hear you are so unwell. I'm feel yucky and it gets worse at the day goes on but that's as bad as it's getting.

@RoseWrites Amazing amount of eggs. Well chuffed for you.
