Currently going insane on 2WW post FET. Today is 3dp5dt. First transfer after a difficult time with unreponsive thin lining. No idea what to expect. Looking for cycle buddies to share this time with...

Bear - I tested again this evening and BFN, I'm hoping it's just lower concentration of HCG rather than a chemical pg, will have to test again tomorrow morning first thing. Aargh, this is so hard!

Sorry to hear that Bear, I hope your FET goes well. There's some evidence to suggest that FETs have a better chance of success, assuming the embryos survive thawing. Fingers crossed for you.

Hi all, I'm sorry to those who have not had good news. It's such a roller coaster and the wait it absolute torture. This time we finally had good news so am very cautiously optimistic. It's early days and we've had it all go wrong before so v anxious.
I hope that those of you who had negatives will find the strength again soon to try again. Best of luck xxx

Hi ladies, may I jump on board?
I'm in my 1st ivf cycle 3dp5dt. I only had 6 eggs collected, but all fertilised. By 5dt we had 2 good blastos. My clinic will only transfer 1, so I'm incubating 1 and have 1 frozen. I'm 40 in 6 months, so really concerned we've left it too late.

hedgehog congratulations! Wonderful news.
To everyone who has bad news, I'm so sorry Flowers.

Yay DRS! I'm really excited for you, I hope everything goes well for you. Flowers

Welcome drink your milk! Sounds like you're in with a good chance, and it's great that you have a frostie as backup. I know fertility declines with age, but if your clinic only transferred one it suggests that the embryos are excellent quality (they must be or they wouldn't have frozen one), plus all your eggs fertilised which is a very positive sign. I know what a sod the 2WW is, try to stay busy so you don't obsess about testing like I did (easier said than done!). Best of luck!

Hopeful that's exactly what I needed to hear, thanks Smile.

I'm not feeling at all pregnant. Cramps have stopped, no bloating and not weeing every 2 minutes.

How are you feeling freckles? Still holding out?

I had a COMPLETE meltdown about 7 days past transfer as I had defo "coming on" feelings. I threw down the spoon (was cooking at the time) and yelled at DH and stomped off to bed in floods of tears as I was convinced that it was all over.

Try not to test beforehand as from what I've seen on here it only confuses people. It's hell.

Didn't have any symptoms either - or if I did they just felt the same as pre AF so didn't really take them as a positive.

Keep going.

Hey guys....

Still holding on, 1.5 days to go.

Last couple of days have had an overwhelming "coming on" feelings so who knows, that could mean anything I guess!

Had my meltdown at DH last night (he spent the afternoon in the pub with clients) and guess I was upset that he has a way of letting off steam but I don't! It's a battle this process but trying to stay as calm as I can and remember I have 5 good frosties to fall back on (cross fingers they won't be needed for a while) x

Freckles- if you read my previous post the way you feel sounds all too familiar so fingers well and truly crossed for you. Hang in there xx

So I'm bleeding this morning. Not due to test until the 27th, so I'm guessing I'm out.
I've been feeling really frisky but we've held out deciding it's a bad thing, even though the clinic said it was fine. Woke up in the night after having a horny dream and I think I orgasmed. This morning there's blood.

Oh Drink Im sorry sending you hugs and Flowers and hoping is not AF starting.....

I also have been feeling like that but as you said was sacred. We did everything but full sex the other night, it took away a lot of tension between us

Report
Blondeshavemorefun · 23/07/2016 07:54

Our last fet was 6days as well but failed - and one before that was 5days but top notch embryo - the best the embryologist had seen think she marked it 5AA - but still failed :(

Friend had 2 3day fresh put in but was quality 3cc literally the lowest of all and they said prob wouldn't get preg but Obv put them back as all she had and are now 11yr twins !!!!!

Seems to be no rhyme or reason to grading sometimes x
