Can't Thai authorities cuff this scumbag and force him on a plane back to the UK?

I thought when you were deported from somewhere that means authorties put you back on a plane for your home country and you didn't have a choice about going there?

Oh God - didn't he used to live in South West England?

bundle · 21/08/2008 15:41

cupcakesinthesnow · 21/08/2008 20:53

Possibly silly question but the footage of GG on the plane being papped - how did all the paps get on the flight just to photogragh him?

suedonim · 21/08/2008 21:23

I was wondering that. Maybe they'd all bought tickets? Imagine being an ordinary member of the public and having to travel on a flight with that crim.

WendyWeber · 21/08/2008 21:25

Why does he have that ridiculous thing on his chin (and ridiculous specs & hair) unless he wants to be papped everywhere he goes???

Tosser.

cupcakesinthesnow · 21/08/2008 22:03

And did you see the little girl looking at what was going on from behind in the corner. I know he isn't going to do anything to a child on the flight ( and I know paedophiles take flights and public transport all the time) but just the fact i know he thinks about little girls in that way makes me shudder and I would be sick if I were allocated a seat next to him on a flight.

expatinscotland · 21/08/2008 22:04

He's on his way back to the UK.

cupcakesinthesnow · 21/08/2008 22:04

Yesm the ridliculous goatee makes him very recognisable. Maybe he will shave it off and have a makeover when he gets back to teh UK in an attempt to hide his identity to the public and paps?

LittleBella · 21/08/2008 23:28

Maybe he'll go on Celebrity Big Brother.

After all, they've scraped every othre barrel.

Tinker · 22/08/2008 00:00

I wondered how he was still, supposedly, getting 50k per year royalties - hadn't realised that about US teams playing "My gang". Just assumed he'd been dropped everywhere. Have to say lovecat, I used love his 70s music as well but can't divorce it in my mind from him. Although plenty of people still play Michael Jackson stuff don't they?

hughjarssss · 22/08/2008 09:20

Micheal Jackson has never been found gulity of child sex offences

hotcrossfunnybunnies · 22/08/2008 09:25

I think our old friend George Bush was using his tunes for his last election bash

nancy75 · 22/08/2008 09:31

he is asking for 24 hour police protection. tbh if he is worth 5 milion or whatever he s meant to have, i think he should pay for his own protection. considering he will have the press 2 foot away from him everywhere he goes for quite a while i cant imagine he is really in that much danger anyway.

ilovemydog · 22/08/2008 09:32

Is that true about Bush using one of his songs? . Not a fan of Bush, but am sure he didn't know...

moondog · 22/08/2008 09:48

This bloke isof course vile but can't help but titter inappropriately at straight faced newscasters discussing someone who goes by moniker of 'Glitter'.

PoorOldEnid · 22/08/2008 13:19

I thought this was a very good article that I happen to agree with:

here

Pan · 22/08/2008 13:30

thanks Enid.

mummylin2495 · 22/08/2008 13:36

hijacks to say hi to pan.off on wekend break now.sorry Op !

Mamazon · 22/08/2008 13:46

agree with enid.

hughjarssss · 22/08/2008 16:30

I don't agree with the article at all.

As far as I'm concenered he lost all rights to be treated as a human being being the day he molested his first victim. Did he think about her rights when he was fulfilling his disgusting urges?

georgiemum · 22/08/2008 16:32

I think he actually does look like a pervert. I wouldn't sit next to him on a bus.

ginnny · 22/08/2008 18:42

Agree with Hughjarsss (again).
Some of those comments underneath the article were pretty awful too.

TwoIfBySea · 22/08/2008 21:30

They should have left him to spend eternity in VIP lounges where, unless things have drastically changed since last I worked at an airport, there are very few children for him to be near.

Is there not an island somewhere we could send these people? Where they could be as far away from children as possible. Never mind human rights, it should never be an excuse for those who commit human wrongs.

ConstanceWearing · 23/08/2008 17:18

OOh, well said, TIBS.
