Yes, it did. And it crumbled into dust so we can't even have a funeral and give it a good send-off. Tragic, isn't it?

Whilst I agree with the sentiment on this thread, the comment "I can't stand those "poor little angel, taken away too soon" threads either." ..is a bit much even for me.

Some people dont have anyone to talk to about this type of thing so let them get on with it.

that's the first time I've seen eastenders for more than a decade. It was so rawn out I stopped feeling sorry for Kevin after half an hour or so

janeite · 01/01/2008 23:43

No need to run for cover FGS. Of course everybody feels sad at those sort of things but I still don't really understand the need to post things like that, that sound more like they'd be written in a condolence book or a card or something. It all gets bit Diana-ish and it makes me feel a bit uncomfortable but maybe that's just me.

Janeite goes off to watch Ballet Shoes ont'internet after missing it on t'box. Now THERE's sentimentality for yer!

FunkyGlassSlipper · 02/01/2008 09:26

ooh I missed ballet shoes. was it any good? ie, worth working out how to use internet to watch tv for?

janeite · 02/01/2008 17:47

I was disappointed with it tbh and I think yesterday might have been the last day it was available online. Can get the link off dp if you want to try it.

tortoiseSHELL · 02/01/2008 17:50

I watched it online this afternoon - link is here - is good!

FunkyGlassSlipper · 02/01/2008 17:50

It might take me a day to work out how to watch it so better not. Thanks anyway

FunkyGlassSlipper · 02/01/2008 17:51

ah, x-post and now cant help trundling off to have a look
