he has admitted he searched for it though and he is charged with making an indecent image of a child which is different

re downloading adult porn - yes, I'm sure it could be done accidentally. We once got a virus that opened up a window with (very mild) adult porn in it (very annoying!).

I'm not sure child porn is like that though and one of the earlier reports made specific reference to 'pre-teen' stuff being looked for.
