lets face it its not the greatest name but i dont think she will have such a bad time at school, by which time all her frinds will have stupid names too and they will change them at an age when they wish too....people hardly ever call normal names by there proper name...charlotte becomes lotty of charlie, william becomes billy, and so i cant see k&p s daughter actually going hey my name is princess whatever it is....dont you reckon

princessshhhh · 24/07/2007 14:16

suppose she had to name her something to get our attention...suppose its also in this weeks edition of OK..? Ohhhhh named just in time .

vino · 24/07/2007 14:31

following in that vein my dd could have been Princess Hil-een!

fedupwasherwoman · 24/07/2007 14:39

I was quite getting to like the pair of them with the way they are on their documentary but they've just sunk way down in my estimation.

I'm very disappointed to be found wanting in the judgement department.

aloha · 24/07/2007 14:41

Ooh, I could have called my daughter Princess Jyceiene (don't know how to put accents on otherwise they would be all over the shop).

What an opportunity missed!

princessshhhh · 24/07/2007 14:47

fedup, im the same as you.

LOL my dd could have been called mausus () OR susmaur..??!

Biglips · 24/07/2007 14:58

it tells you how to pronounce it properly...i cant remember how it goes now!! !!

Biglips · 24/07/2007 14:59

im sure it was summat like "Tee-ahh-mee"

Biglips · 24/07/2007 14:59

soz - forgot to mention that it in the "OK" mag

krabbiepatty · 24/07/2007 15:07

I half find this oddly touching and half think that people who call their daughters "princess" as an endearment are all weird and creepy.

Tinker · 24/07/2007 15:11

Ooo, I could have had Princess Annann.

krabbiepatty · 24/07/2007 15:11

Kofi Annann better

aloha · 24/07/2007 15:12

Nah, you've got to mess about with the spelling.

Aahnaaaiiane or something.

With accents 'to make it more exotic'.

nomdeplume · 24/07/2007 15:37

"Tiaamii"

"Tattoo on back of neck"

donnie · 24/07/2007 16:50

well I still don't see what was wrong with Shan-da-leer sparkleboobs. That's what I would have called her but I've got bleedin clarse.

boogiewoogie · 24/07/2007 20:36

Actually, I know of a toddler from one of the groups called "Tierney" or something like that. Not keen on it myself but to add the Princess bit is OTT.

Come on, it sounds like a Disney character!

NotActuallyAMum · 24/07/2007 21:27

I've got a friend called Princess

And no, I'm not joking. Going to e-mail her tomorrow see how many comments she's had about this, bet it's loads

MummyPenguin · 24/07/2007 22:47

I bet Harvey has breathed a huge sigh of relief.

I thought 'Junior' was bad enough..

StrwBry · 24/07/2007 22:55

I still cant get over "Apple"
