Missing midwife from Stoke, looks like police have cordoned off a piece of rural land. I have to say it doesn’t look good but how sad.

Awful. Been following this story, it's quite near to us.

On the FB post the hospital made everyone had such lovely things to say about her.

BBC News saying her body has been found and 3 men arrested

(Yet to be formally identified)

Oh no. I heard her sister's appeal yesterday and it was heartrending. So sorry for all of them.

This has actually made me feel truly sad. I have no connection to the family or to the area but I really hoped she'd be found alive and there would be some other explanation for her disappearance.

So sad. RIP

Who are the arrested men?

So dreadful.
I have family in that area so became aware of her missing because a lot of them were sharing pictures etc of her on FB.

Why do men do things like this?

This is so very sad. Her sister's appeal was heart wrenching. I feel so sorry for the whole family and her colleagues and friends.

I’m not making any assumptions but there is a very high probability that it was a man.

I understand that she was single but had broken off an engagement recently.

Previously arrested man (32) who was on bail pending investigation has been re-arrested on suspicion of murder and two further men (28 & 60) arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender.

Oh dear, thinking of her family - this will be the news that they were dreading.

I have my theory, have since the beginning.

Was he the one previously arrested and then bailed?

Yes the ex-fiancé’s sister and her husband’s home was searched earlier in the week too.

Awful news. The BBC report said that she had recently sold her “never worn” wedding dress. Just dreadful.

The ex partners sisters husband is the 32 year old who was released on bail and who's now been arrested again for suspect murder. I won't be putting his name out but his name and photo has already been published in newspapers.

The ex partner has not been a suspect at any point as far as I have understood.

The 28 and 60 year old arrested for assisting the 32 year old has not been named yet.

I feel so angry about this.

You’ll hear no speculation from me but as has been mentioned, you can bet dollars to donuts it was a man.

That poor woman and her family and loved ones. What on earth has to happen for things to change?

People are using the family members' personal facebook posts to argue, call each other names, and air their theories! 😓
