Yes I think there were 4 woman and 2 toddlers involved. I only heard brief bit on the radio. They were encouraging them to hit each other in the face while they filmed it. What sort of people would do that?

omg. this is horrible. how can they not be a danger? plainly they are sick, evil bitches. those poor kids. at least they are no longer in their 'care'.
