Good post, NannyOggs (& BertrandR).

pisacake · 18/11/2017 22:06

I am not posting from breitbart, stop talking bollocks.

TheSullenPenguin · 18/11/2017 22:10

Yes you are. The original allegations about joe Biden were posted from briet Bart which means your news feed picked it up

TheSullenPenguin · 18/11/2017 22:13

By the way what I mean is you are posting from dodgy sources not you are briet bart

pisacake · 18/11/2017 22:23

Biden's creepiness has been discussed in major (left-wing and right-wing) newspapers for several years, there are videos and articles going back for some years.

The current (past week or so) discussion does appear to have originated in right-wing sources but it is also (rightly) being covered by left-wing sources.

Maybe the true agenda is to make folk distrust everything & everyone. Literally to sow discord in all directions. I'm sure someone clever works out a way to benefit from that.

TheFallenMadonna · 18/11/2017 22:40

When you watch the clips in the Twitter thread the OP links to, do you really not feel uncomfortable? It's not a single incident taken out of context. He might well just be "touchy feely", but touching and feeling people is not OK unless you know they are fine with it. And that is what those clips show. Unless you are suggesting they are faked?

And I don't really get the derailing references to Trump. Whether Trump is an abuser has no bearing on this.

lljkk · 18/11/2017 22:55

It's lots of incidents taken out of context.

Wow, the originator (R Mills) is intensely busy on Twitter. Is RMA really just one guy doing all that posting? So many tweets that it looks like a team of people must be working on his account. It reads like he's trying to brand himself the next Milo Y.

NannyOggsKnickers · 18/11/2017 22:55

Someone likes most post (preens)

Actually, pisa people are, quite righty, pulling you up on the dodgy nature of your source material.

I do think it is odd to try to stir up a conversation like this. A conversation based on feelings, hunches and out of context video clips. A conversation that really looks like an alt right push to smear a man and ruin his life.

It would be different if any of these girls had complained. I would absolutely support an investigation by authorities then.

But this is just malicious gossip. And Breitbart are trying to use the Moore and Weinstein scandal to dragged up or manufacture anything they can against people they don’t like.

For fortunately for the ‘ass grabber in chief’, Bannon is on his side. Otherwise we might be talking about the suit he settled out of court for accusations of sexual assault on a 13 year old girl.

TheSullenPenguin · 18/11/2017 22:56

Ok can you post those sources. I've searched and they're is a fair few I will not click the links. So if you can give me some verified news sources I'll be happy read them

TheSullenPenguin · 18/11/2017 22:57

That message was to pisacake

pisacake · 18/11/2017 23:01

Sorry what do you mean I already linked to The Guardian and other websites, here is the Huffington Post from 3 days ago

@BertrandRussell The twitter poster is a big Republican. Biden would have been a shoe in for president in 2016 but he stood down when his son passed away. He’s now expressed desires to stand in 2020. But of course Republicans want Trump to remain in power and would probably try anything to slur the probable front runner.

TheSullenPenguin · 18/11/2017 23:34

your original post accused the man of abusing children based on a brietbart article. You are now posting a few vague opinion pieces where said man touched someone on their shoulder.

pisacake · 18/11/2017 23:55

it wasn't based on a breitbart article, why are you just making up random shit?

OP posts:
Vitalogy · 19/11/2017 07:22

It would be different if any of these girls had complained. Children and teenagers reporting to the authorities, when it's seems their parents aren't even protecting them, Maybe have a good think about that one.

I quoted Bombard's body language page on Youtube, as far as I'm aware a random woman doing body language observation videos. Lots of derailing and deflecting going on here, I wonder why.

Shill What ever platforms people are using at this time rightly or wrongly, the looong videos speak for themselves, if you can't see that then you're either in denial, a fool, have "off" thinking or have your own agenda. The majority on this thread can see he's a creep.

Vitalogy · 19/11/2017 07:24

why are you just making up random shit? Exactly.

NannyOggsKnickers · 19/11/2017 08:19

why are you just making up random shit?

Exactly.

Oh, the irony.

NannyOggsKnickers · 19/11/2017 08:27

And neither of those articles support the view that Boden is a paedophile or a rapist- as others were trying to claim up thread.

What it does point out is that post- Weinstein his handsy behaviour would make a run at the presidency difficult. Which it would.

I also don’t like the author of the Huffpost article taking issue with the stance ‘innocent until proven guilty’. I though that was the whole basis of our legal processes. Otherwise we are as bad as the Trump supporters who believe on Uranium One and scream ‘lock her up’.

picklemepopcorn · 19/11/2017 08:28

I see an alpha male in a leading/controlling position in a situation doing a lot of alpha male dominance stuff. I don’t think that is unexpected. One of Obama's charms and strengths was that he was able to handle this so graciously. Most old white men do it the Biden way.

lljkk · 19/11/2017 08:37

Is this rumour being promoted NOW b/c of a poll this week that showed Biden would beat Trump in 2020? Personally I think Biden is too old for me to want to vote him in as Prez, I'd like a younger candidate.

Colleague praises Biden highly, used to have regular work contact with him.

TheSullenPenguin · 19/11/2017 08:45

Brietbart posted an article 4 days ago called the Adventures of Creepy Joe Biden Serial Young Girl Toucher. I'm not posting a link because I refuse to click on that website. It was then picked up by the person you cite in your original post. Feel free to google. Also you might want to do some research on Brietbart, Steve Bannon and Roy Moore

TheFallenMadonna · 19/11/2017 08:51

I've googled. time.com/3712274/joe-biden-whisper/This is from Time magazine in 2015.
I'm not denying that it is being spun by the alt right. I'm asking whether posters genuinely find nothing uncomfortable with the proximity. I am really surprised actually.

TheFallenMadonna · 19/11/2017 09:00

Washington Post, for those not keen on Breitbart.

TheFallenMadonna · 19/11/2017 09:00

Also from 2015.
