I have been investigating all about this since we had the last 9/11 thread going...I have always had big issues with WTC7, and its collapse...

Whilst looking at WTC7 stuff, I came across a BBC news report, where the reporter is announcing the Collapse of WTC7. She is in NY, having a discussion with a news reader back here, she is pictured infront of a smoking NY sky line and is announcing that WTC7 has just collapsed.....But....It is still there, right behind her in the background!!!

The collapse of WTC7 appears to have been press released 23 minutes before it actually did collapse!!!!!!
I am soooooooo convinced that the collapse of WTC7 was intentional.

So you think there is some conspiracy, and the news reader, reporter camera men etc are all in on it? Not likely is it?

Well if that isn't proof I don't know what is.

can i just point out that the normal bbc news clock is actually missing from ALL the video footage, so how can they say its 5.07am?

The premature announcements of the collapse of WTC by television networks went unnoticed until researchers discovered a vast archive of television broadcast footage from the day of the attack. On February 22, 2007, a post on 911Blogger.com listed the URLs on Archive.org of 417 mpeg recordings capturing about 60 hours broadcast coverage starting on the morning of 9/11/01 from each of six different television stations. Each of the high-quality recordings covering about 41 minutes of broadcast.

The coverage included the following television stations and time spans:

The clips were discovered and spread worldwide on Youtube and such places. Now all archives are ineccessible.
The BBC have announced that the archives are now "LOST"

The BBC have not denied the footage is genuine, they have simply said they cannot comment as the archives have been lost!!

Can archives just get lost???

Again, we'll never know the truth!!! If it was a hoax then why can't they just show us the origional???? OH YES BECAUSE ITS LOST!!

BBC's News 24 channel shows the time stamp at 21:54 (4:54PM EST) when news of the Salomon Brothers Building is first broadcast, a full 26 minutes in advance of its collapse.

no I don't think the news reporter and cameraman are in on it at all...It simply appears to have been press released before it happened.

The archives have now all of a sudden got lost and the origional clips have dissapeared.

So HappyDaddy that would mean Elvis is now dead?

If it isn't a conspiracy then why can't they put the whole bloomin thing to rest by showing us the "real" footage..

Same goes for the pentagon crash...why aren't all these conspiracies blown out of the water by just plain evidence???? The BBC don't just "lose" a whole archive on 9/11 its impossible! They would have had copies of copies of footage...this kind of documentation would have to have been copied for forensic and medical use, for all types of other use. We are not in the dark ages anymore, where archives are etched on friggin slate!

This is a quote from a CNN archivist in Atlanta who stated their utter disbelief at the notion that BBC has lost any of their 9/11 archives.

"I'm an archivist with the CNN News Library in Atlanta, and I can tell you with absolute certainty, the mere idea that news agencies such as ours would "misplace" any airchecks from 9/11 is preposterous. CNN has these tapes locked away from all the others. People like myself, who normally would have access to any tapes in our library, must ask special permission in order to view airchecks from that day. Multiple tapes would have been recording their broadcast that day, and there are also private agencies that record all broadcasts from all channels - constantly - in the event that a news agency missed something or needs something. They don't just have one copy... they have several. It's standard procedure, and as soon as the second plane hit, they would start recording several copies on other tapes machines all day long."

ludaloo, the thing is that conspiracy theorists would only debunk all the evidence anyway. As they already have. Why should the government have to deny and debate every crack pot theory that is thrown at them?

And CNN wouldn't know the truth if it wore a grass skirt and danced the Hula!

There are hundreds of well educated, well informed, scientists, engineers, actual witnesses on the day who are disputing the official US government report on the whole 9/11 events. There are equally as clever and important people disputing the governmentsaccount of the day.

Just because they work for the government does it make them right??

5 1/2 years later, there is still no official NIST report on the collapse of WTC7.

The NIST report on the towers was completed years ago!!!
Surely if a report was going to be problematic then it would be the complex report needed on the collapse of two buildings hit by planes, with people inside..

Why do we expect the government to tell us everything? Ok, this was a one off, extreme event but, over history hundreds of things have been brushed aside.

Perhaps the government genuinely doesn't know but realises that admitting that could be dangerous and generate widespread panic. We do tend to live under the assumption that the government, kind of, knows what it's doing.

I just don't understand the outrage over why we aren't being told things. Unless you're directly affected, isn't it time to move on?

What is your agenda ludaloo? What made this an area of interest to you, if you don't mind me asking? And what do you hope to gain with your theory? I am curious

The "War On Terror" has all come about since 9/11...it gave America a free run on Terror...which has lead to the current war on Iraq has it not!

We all think we have freedom....freedom to vote, freedom to live out lives how we see fit but its pants...we don't. There are people in their masses protesting the war in Iraq...but what happens??? Bush sends 20 thousand more troops in...regardless!

If you honestly think the government is so corrupt, why do you think they needed such a massive hoax to get us to war? They did it easily enough with the fake WMD claims.

Personally, I think people need to think there's a conspiracy as the thought of not being safe in your own country is too scary.

SO your (and others) theory is that 9/11 was enginnered by the US govt to allow them to invade Iraq? That implies a degree of intelligence and planning on the US govt which is somewhat contradicted by the mess they've found themselves in since entering Iraq.

On the while I'm a great beleiver in the cock-up rather than conspiracy theory in most areas. My experience of most people is that they are generally not smart enough to carry out the level of planning required to carry out these conspiracies.

I'm growing more and more concerened! I don't have an agenda as such, just a fustration that the world is being run by superpowers beyond the control of the masses.
Our government is today discussing the possibility of creating nuclear weapons to "defend" our country. It is highly likely the notion will be passed, despite a lot of politicians disagreeing (2 actually resigning)
Its not good...we are soooo powerless!!! But its ok! we have mobile phones, fast food and games consoles to occupy us!!!!

What are we all gonna do when there is a nuclear war??

If the US government are orchestrating major political events then we should have a right to know about I think, they should be stopped too I feel.

ludaloo, we ALREADY have nuclear weapons, it's nothing new. They are voting whether we should replace them with something newer.

Name a time in history when a government has consulted the "masses" on anything of any relevance? That's not what we vote them in for, we vote them in to do what they think is best for us.
