I'm terrified that her ill health will mean she loses the presidential race- she's been doing so well! God help us all if trump gets in.

If she really did or does have pneumonia as claimed, why did she put babies and first responders at risk of catching it? Also why did her medical team etc let her do that?

BBC are anti Trump as is Channel 4 and all the rest of them. Pathetic attempt by them to try and downplay it by saying why is anyone that bothered by it when Roosevelt was in a wheelchair and mentioning the Paralympics. Then they said "what if Trump had diabetes which a lot of the population have?" etc, but they were floored when he brought up the kissing babies bit and the interview ended pronto.

Not a medic myself, but I did spend a good while in a hospital ward caring for someone with pneumonia a few years back, and the nurses were pretty blase about it and said it wasn't that contagious once the patient was on antibiotics. Maybe it depends on the kind of pneumonia, though?

Was watching Fox News earlier and the presenter commented that Trump hadn't made his medical records public - is this common in Americaon politics? Are presidential nominees obliged to release every single personal detail during the campaign?
A pp on the first page mentioned her American friends feeling like it was a choice between 2 std's which is pretty much how my American friends feel as well - HC's health isn't the issue here, it's just a distraction.

He didn't want to. His son died of cancer last year. Also he apparently did run as a candidate before (probably 2012) but he didn't get much support from Democrats then and didn't make it then, so he maybe thought the same thing would happen again.

No they aren't obliged.

Republicans are saying there is hypocrisy about Hillary (which is not unusual) because in 2012, McCain was forced to release his details as the mainstream media (which is liberal and pro Democrat apart from Fox) all went after him and he had no option. They are saying the same thing should happen to Hillary, but everyone knows that Hillary is protected by the powers that be so she won't have to.

Yes, totally staged, you can see the girl smiling repeatedly before she runs over as she clearly knows the script. That is also the Hillary body double according to conspiracy theorists and the nose of the "double" is different to Hillary's as is the hair on the day.

There are different strains of pneumonia, some more serious than others and not all are contagious. It depends whether it's viral or bacterial.
That's all assuming it IS that.

Ah right, I did wonder about this. So why are Fox going along the 'Trumo hasn't realised his medical records' line then? I know they hate Trump but they're a staunchly republican network. I didn't catch much today (I got a bit attached to Fox while up with babies at stupid o'clock) but her illness and his records seemed to go hand in hand.

Lots of them, but mainly right wing ones because most conspiracy theorists are right wing and anti-establishment.

The world's number one conspiracy theorist is Alex Jones from America. He is right wing, not politically correct and pro Trump. Amazingly enough, Trump went on his show for a half hour interview which would sink any other politician in teh world because Alex Jones thinks that some parts of the US Establishment were involved in 911 etc

Jones has one of Trump's key advisers on often, Roger Stone, and goes through everything happening which you won't hear on the BBC.

Some of the show is a bit shocking because it is America and America is different to us in terms of free speech and values etc and some things are quite obviously biased and some incorrect, but if you want to know lots of what is happening, you can learn a lot. It is quite obvious that some intelligence sources and military etc leak stuff to Jones which he then broadcasts. He says he gets leaks etc

You can listen to it everyday between 5pm - 9pm and it is on a continuous loop the rest of the day at

It is a culture shock because it is America and not the BBC and if you are left wing you may not like it because Jones is libertarian/right wing but if you ignore the obvious bias, you can learn a lot from the top guests - military, former top government, former CIA, Governoe Jesse Ventura and many, many others.

I've read a bit of the info wars site on the back of a programme I saw a while back that he was in. He seemed a bit too out there on the surface but I'll have proper read. My only in depth look has been the David Ike forum which I actually joined to read the good stuff! That one goes beyond barmy though.

Yes, the first time I heard it I didn't believe a word of it, but if you persist with an open mind you will be surprised how much is true. Most of the guests know their stuff. Every conspiracy is covered - 911, Isis, war on terror, wars, banks, the Fed, vaccines, masons, health etc etc but at the moment nearly everything is Trump and Hillary because it is so important.

There are no lizards with Alex Jones, it is all politics, health, what the elite are up to and why.

I feel sorry for her if she has pneumonia. Poor woman if she feels she has to keep turning up for work on the relentless campaign day in day out.

She must feel lousy and exhausted and ought to have a couple of weeks in bed not just two days off.

How awful that when you are seriously sick you can't take sick leave.
