Does anyone else think Barrymore is repulsive?

Michael Barrymore I mean. The story about the guy found dead in his swimming pool, well it is back in the news as you might already know. I just find him creepy and repulsive. Anyone else feel the same?

The dirty sod was married to a woman for god knows how many years, only to reveal he was gay, and a sadistic homosexual at that. The guy is sick. Nothing to do with his sexuality, he is sick.

he's had his heyday, he's now a man recovering from alcoholism and should really retire gracefully. i never 'got' his humour but he was very popular in his time.

He may have or he may have not.
TBH it doesn't bother me because I don't know him personally and I don't know the dead man. I can't feel revulsion or empathy for these people that I don't know and I don't know what happened really, if that makes sense.
I don't let that change the fact that I think he has a great talent and he made me laugh lots.

He never made me laugh. I think he did seem to be liked by the grannies on his show. That was it.

The 'horrific anal injuries' allegedly involved a table leg. I'd suggest the person that did that was a sadistic perv.

The police (allegedly) were in no doubt about what happened and who did it but couldnt get witnesses to be forthcoming.

His idea of fun was belittling and taking the piss out of people on camera/stage. What makes anyone think he was much different in his personal life?

he is in panto in sunderland and i am sure the man found in his pool was from the north east somewhere consert or somewhere just think the fact his poor family will be see pictures of his ugly mug on posters while they greive their son is repulsive, bring back hanging (not really dont start on me!)

He knows more than he is letting on, it is wrong to accuse him of actually doing it though, there were many people at that party, just because he is a sleb doesn't make him the obvious murderer.

It is not nice to be homosexual (male or female) in society. Many homosexuals marry in the hope that they can get away from their own sexuality because it is so reviled and homosexuals are so hated. Many fail. What evidence do you have that he is a 'sadistic homosexual'? None, I imagine. Look, I think his shows were crap and he never made me laugh, but the same applies to a hell of a lot of very heterosexual comedians too. But not being funny doesn't make you a perve. I think this is very much to do with his sexuality.

Have you read my post? Being a perv has NOTHING to do with sexuality. He is a perv because he preys on others.

And yes I think he did it, or at least he did something to that man and then someone else covered it up.

Never liked the man and was horrified when he popped up on celeb BB, sobbing his heart out in a pathetic bid for public redemption. I doubt very much that he was crying for anyone he'd hurt, I think he was crying in a bid for attention.

His TV shows were about humiliating people so no surprise if he was a nasty piece of work in private.
