Yesss ... but he's been charged with assault, so unless he can claim "someone else has been using my body" ...

Obviously, he's innocent until proven guilty, and who knows, but "someone else used my computer/it was a virus/the evidence was corrupted" etc etc line won't entirely do it here.

Hmm, there are lots of charges of "indecent assault" (which is rape? Ish?), but they all relate to one person.

But...the initial thing was the images; the assault thing has obviously come later - is it just possibly someone who knows him trying to cash in?

It's possible it's someone cashing in or being vengefull, or kicking him (with imaginary charges) while he's down.

It's also possible that the images charges gave them the bravery to bring charges they wouldn't have dared brought otherwise.

Hi. No.VVV- Don't mind you saying at all about my work. Only thing to say here, for me at least, is that the thread is generating 'more heat than light', and it IS controversial, so expected to raise strong opinion. But it really is worth waiting to see how things go, but,no, it isn't looking pretty.

I'm another Chris Langham fan who's absolutely gutted about all this. I'm trying to stick to the 'innocent until proven guilty' but keep thinking about the rape/sexual assault thread on MN and how many men get away with stuff, so if he has been doing all this, it's bloody good he's going to get done for it. though.
