Gobsmacked. She was so young :(

RhondaJean · 07/04/2014 20:33

I'm shocked, DH texted me at work (just in ) and I honestly thought he had been taken in by one of those celebrity death internet hoaxes.

So young and everything to live for. Whatever has happened, and I don't care what it is, it's a complete tragedy.

That poor family.

JazzAnnNonMouse · 07/04/2014 20:34

I am really upset about this too. I met her and her sisters with their mum once. They were all down to earth and lovely. My ds is 24. I can't imagine what her family are feeling right now or how they will cope in the days and weeks ahead.

RIP. Too young.

BrunoBrookesDinedAlone · 07/04/2014 20:37

Poor poor family.

She looked as if she was a great mum.

Absolutely tragic.

NCFTTB · 07/04/2014 20:38

So desperately sad, especially for her children.

Animation · 07/04/2014 20:42

Everlong - some people have said that anger is wrong. Anger is an emotion and it is not wrong if that is what you feel.

puds11isNAUGHTYnotNAICE · 07/04/2014 20:42

Oh god, jules what you said about them not remembering her has sent a shiver down my spine.

Poor girl, poor children, and everyone else effected by her death. It is always sad when someone dies so young, especially when they have young children Sad

Would be nice if the DailyFail didn't have to drag up all the families past history! I really don't see the relevance in it.

broodylicious · 07/04/2014 20:43

Such sad news. She was an icon of mine, parenting in the same natural and back to basics style, and always came across as intelligent and full of life. Who can forget her battle with vile Katie Hopkins on This Morning?! Her Instagram account was full of beautiful pics and cute videos of her gorgeous boys - almost made you feel as though you were part of her life thanks to social media and she was clearly such a devoted mum. She will be missed.

BeyondIsBloodOfTheDragon · 07/04/2014 20:44

Apparently "news sources" are reporting she had an aneurysm

fideline · 07/04/2014 20:45

I saw Paula in the big breakfast Bed interview with MH back in the day, she was very into him.

Err right. That was meant to be helpful or tasteful was it Iam?

LetsFaceTheMusicAndDance · 07/04/2014 20:46

Just so very Sad

JaneinReading · 07/04/2014 20:46

Very sad. I had 2 children and was married and worked at her age and she seemed very natural at it. I hope her husband's mother can be very much involved with the little boys. It will be a good influence.

FunLovinBunster · 07/04/2014 20:49

Devastating news for her tiny sons, husband and father and sisters.
She came across as an instinctive and passionate mummy.

allalongthewatchtower · 07/04/2014 20:50

Just flicked through her instagram profile, she really worshipped her boys, didn't she? Sad

Reminded me of when Paula Yates was on the Big Breakfast - she used to interview people on a big bed I think. Anyway, I can remember her wearing clothes with kind of patches that had photos of her kids sewn on them - and she was sitting there pointing out each of her DC, clearly so proud of them.

What an utterly horrible tragedy to happen once, but to repeat itself is just terrible.

(I am talking only of dying young - not remotely speculating on how Peaches may have died).

Thesimplethings · 07/04/2014 20:52

I've just heard. Tragic! Whatever happened its tragic, so what if it was an overdose etc? It doesn't matter. A young woman has lost her life, leaving two boys behind who most likely won't remember her. This is one of my biggest fears :-( regardless of who she is, she will never see her babies grow up and her babies will never know her.

TRAGIC!

Let's stop laying blame.

peppapigmustdie · 07/04/2014 20:53

I agree with the poster puds11 I can't see the relevence of the media constantly bringing up Paula's cause of death. Fair enough mention the terrible sadness of both of them leaving their children too early but to constantly mention drug overdose is not needed. There can't be many who are unaware about how Paula died and those that aren't there is google.

Itsfab · 07/04/2014 20:54

Yet you repeat it on here, Patrick. Hmm

I think it is wrong to feel anger when the person feeling it is implying Peached died at her own hand/through an accidental overdose.

Joules68 · 07/04/2014 20:56

Plenty are unaware

Peaches has a young following.... My dd are 17 and 19 and asking about Paula/hut chence. They had no clue about all that.

kilmuir · 07/04/2014 20:56

broodylicious an icon of yours? Really.
Sorry for her family

FelixFelix · 07/04/2014 20:57

So sad. I was a fan of hers and loved her Instagram pictures of her boys. She said a few months ago on one of her pics that her Dad never saw her sons. I hope that changes now Sad His statement is heartbreaking.

DreamToSleep · 07/04/2014 21:00

So very sad. I saw the news of her passing and just could not believe it. Me and my Mum who I was sitting with just sat in silence for a few minutes. Peaches was close in age to me, children a similar age to mine...her poor family.

I don't really follow celebs but 25 is no age to go, and leaving behind two young children that she clearly adored.

I feel so sad for her little boys and for the rest of her family . Made me tearful even though didn't know her . I think it's because I have small children too and it's tragic to go so young . What a waste :(...
