ok, i know a woman wants to look good when the paparazzi are around and she is heading for a big divorce settlement, but isn't the fashion parade going a little too far?

OP posts:
desperateSCOUSEwife · 10/08/2006 18:22

looking the martyr imo

feel sorry for heather mills purleasse

this woman is a leech, always has and always will be

the other day it was reported that she was locked out and police were called
sorry the pics tell a diff story
and that is that it was one big set up on hm dept to make pm look a gobshite

and no i am not too keen on him neither but dont like people to be made out to be shitty when they are not

this is reminiscient of diana and charles and using the press for thie OWN advantage.

there is no way on this planet that pm would of allowed the baby to be left outside on a pre arranged visit and police called

give one one thing, he loves his kids

they are both rubbish. You'd think one of them could pretend to act like an adult.
Very entertaining to read about though.

edam · 10/08/2006 18:35

Agree with Custy. FGS, would we tell an MNer who was leaving her husband 'make sure you dress down'?

cupcakes · 10/08/2006 18:37

But there's dressing to look fantastic and dressing to look like Posh Spice.

desperateSCOUSEwife · 10/08/2006 18:42

the scrawny worn out the last few weeks hasnt worked or given her any sympathy so she chhoses to look glam

outfit looked quite nice though imo

Wonder how much he has earned in the time they were married (What was it? 4 years?) He's supposedly offered £30M, would he really have earned £60M in just that period of time?

She'd have got even more if she'd shagged the queen mother.

Bet she wishes she'd thought of that.

desperateSCOUSEwife · 10/08/2006 19:02

baulk at the thought of the qm orlando
puke emoticon

he is a horrible man. i think that has always come across tbh. she is odious, but then he fell for her so that follows.

certainly think that critisising what she wears because they are divorcing is surreal. beatles wives never really have a good time of it anyway do they?

yuck to both of them.

as for the divorce, i'm certain that he has earned at least that much in that time....the man is very very very rich indeed. he should be extremely generous with the wife of his baby.

speedymama · 11/08/2006 13:52

IMO, she is not entitled to most of his money. He earned his money way before she was on the scene. If he has really offered her £30 million and she has turned it down, then IMHO, she is a golddigger. There is no way she would have even earnt 1% of that using her own talent (I use that term very loosely). Her high media profile is due to her association with him. She has gained everything because of him. Without him, she would still be a D-list celebrity chasing after A-list status. She is a craving, manipulative wannabe and always will be.

PM will look after their daughter but that is as far as it should go. She should get of her backside and go earn her own money. This is the 21st centuary for goodness sake. The money that PM earnt before she came onto the scene is his and that is the way it should remain.

I thought women's rights was all about being treated as fairly as men and also being acknowledged for being able to earn our own money. I find women like her an embarrassment.

Jimjams2 · 11/08/2006 14:12

agree with custy.

ruty · 11/08/2006 15:23

have to agree with Custy, yes. Although i think he got married to quickly out of grief. Not her fault though. But what is all this bottles of Cif? Sounds horrible. Can anyone tell me please?

Mog · 11/08/2006 18:06

Imagine if you won £30 million on the lottery. You could have the most amazing lifestyle just living off the interest. she could take that and fade off into the background.
I find it totally bizarre that she will fight for more. She knows how much the press hate her and they are having a field day with this. It does make you wonder if she has a wish for fame at any cost.

Surfermum · 11/08/2006 18:11

One paper I read was slating her for not making an effort with her appearance when she went to the Madonna concert. I think fair play to her if she wants to look good to make herself feel better. She's going to have a tough time ahead if there's a battle over residency of their little girl.

TinyGang · 11/08/2006 18:32

Love Oliveoil's post about the 'photo shoot' face he pulls. God that is so true. It makes my toes curl.

HMM doesn't rile me. She's his wife, they have a child together and now they're splitting up. He'll have to cough up - that's how it works. He knew the deal when they got married I presume.

Actually I don't think she looks bad in her white outfit. I wish my tum was that flat

tillykins · 11/08/2006 18:38

don't like the clothes and don't like her much but I think she is getting a rough ride in the press
Everyone seems determined to treat PM like a saint and as if he has been hugely wronged, regardless of what happened

HeyBaby · 11/08/2006 19:38

I read her autobiography (pre-marriage to PM) and it did make me realise that although she comes across as extremely hard-nosed by the same token she has used her rather strong personality to help a lot of people too.

Having said that, I read somewhere that in the last month (or since the split) she has spent £1m out of PM's accounts (which is why he had them frozen) apparently "just for necessities for her and Bea"! which I find a bit rich .... pardon the pun ....

hermykne · 11/08/2006 19:47

that outfit is gross - cheap and nasty looking.

amzing how someone who will do so well out of a divorce cant be graceful about it and herself.
