Did anyone see todays News of the World?

Front page, 2 peadophiles in a park with a video camera, on tripod, videoing little kids feeding the ducks. Havent read it yet waiting for dp to finish it.

the NOTW so -called ' journalists' ( I use the term reluctantly) seem to spend a great deal of time with sex offenders and ' sex beasts' don't they? how curious. Since the obsession of this so called newspaper seems to be sex, they are in good company. After all, it takes one to know one and all that....

How anyone with half a brain cell can possibly take anything printed in this red top rag as even half truth is beyond me. It is no less than rampant vengeful hysteria.

To be honest it is pathetic that some people even spend their money on this trash.

i feel sick.
kids dont need to be naked for these sick bastards to watch it back later and pleasure themselves whilst watching it.
they shouldnt be in the park or anywhere. they should be at the very least in jail for life getting beaten up and raped themselves like they have done to their victims.

And surely nobody on this board can seriously think that this could have been done INNOCENTLY! If anyone, man or woman of any age was recording my children I would storm over and knock their head off without a doubt.

I was once on a bus with DD and this man kept blatantly looking over at her so I stood up, glared at him and went upstairs with her.

Its just not on imo.

I didnt BUY the News of the World, by the time it got to me I was the 3rd person to have read it.
Obviously I shall make sure I get hand me downs from a better class of person next time.

DP said the other week he took the children swimming and there was an elderly man taking a photo on the balcony of two little girls in the pool, within minutes he was questioned by the staff and DP believes he was asked to delete the photo even though the man did say it was his grandchildren.

I think that was definitely the right thing to do.

yes, that's right crazydazy, I'm all for the ' paedos' ( your word or the NOTW's?) How I love this tabloid lingo.

and of course the camera never lies - ever. There is no such thing as retouching/airbrushing/enhancing/removing etc etc etc......

southeastastra -NO. You have got the wrong end of a very long stick . The NOTW have been 'keeping an eye' (read 'appointing themselves as vigiante moral guardians) and have discovered that these men who are convicted of sex crimes against children are taking photographs/film of small kids in every day situations. I do not think the NOTW engineered the situation for the 'story'.

AFAI can see, Donnie was not defending the behavour of these men, but was merely pointing out that perhaos THIS PARTICULAR STORY did not warrant the mad headless chicken panic journalistic style of the article.
