i haven't seen the press conference. can i ask what was the reason for it? was it to appeal for information?

i can't help wondering if the police use press conferences as a way to observe possible suspects' behaviour and reactions. as in if they didn't think teh parents were involved there mightn't have been a press conference. if that makes sense.

i dont know how these things work though so could be barking up entirely the wrong tree.

We have been alerted to this thread and will be going through it to remove speculative posts about the ins and outs of this case.

Any speculation about their guilt or the crime itself, would be prejudicial to any any trial and therefore we will remove them.

Whatever lead to this terrible tragedy this not the place to chew it over.

Why have the thread title in bold? This is not an article in Take a Break which we can all have a chuntering gossip about. This is a hideous event.

I know we can discuss what happened but in such a gleeful, hand-rubbing way? It is really tasteless.

I cannot get my head around this story. I can't believe any parents would deliberately do that. Until it is proved in a court of law I won't believe it. So sad for the children that died and the remaining children who are trying to come to terms with the grief and shock without their parents there.

does anyone know what happened to the tributes to the children, they where being removed yesterday?

I believe they were being taken to a church hall or somewhere. Something to do with impending bad weather I think?

that's ok then. no one said where they where going just that they where being taken.
