Sorry but think someone is lying about how the hose got up there!!

I don´t think that anyone does think that it´s funny, do they?

Unbelievable though that "training" would be needed to know not put one up someone´s shorts, or try to blow air into someone at all.

I assumed that was because the chap was claiming it happened "by accident".
