Enfield riots?

Just seen on Twitter and in a few articles like this, that there are meant to be plans for a riot in Enfield tonight and riot police are in the town centre?

Used to live there, and got family there (luckily a fair distance from the centre), but fucking hell! What the hell is going on?

There is a map somewhere that shows all the london gangs? Is there a link between where there is action and where the gangs have links? Or is that a stupid thought?

It seems things are calming down in one area and then moving northwards?

Magic Roundabout in Hemel. Fuuck.

We are about 10 mins from the town centre/roundabout. Hopefully we are far away enough from anything major enough to bother torching.

I know it's kicking of in Walthamstow though, 2 friends have just FB'd it who are there, one of them can't get home from her shift because of it

They'd have to drive through the areas which are apparently on fire.

I am in Shepherds Bush, five minutes from Westfield and White City. It is actually eerily quiet outside, much quiter than usual. Anyone know anything more about this area? We are pinned on that Google Map someone posted earlier.

At least the westlonder is backing up al the claims with pics. (Although he had the Hemel one wrong). It does seem odd that there isnt much in the press. Although that could be because of all the misinformation out there?
