May I respectfully suggest to Tory Jeremy Hunt that if the poor "stop having kids they cannot afford" that high earners should stop taking highly paid jobs if they cannot afford the tax?

You asked a question and I answered it.

It's impossible to know how anyone will turn out individually, but statistics can give us very clear evidence of likely outcomes - and the Govt needs to use evidence to make decisions.
