Nearly a full list completed ALI, you would want to be careful

Alibabaandthe40nappies · 09/04/2010 22:16

CC it's fine, honest

Some things have been languishing on my ongoing lists for so long that they more than compensate for any accidental completion of daily lists

cikecaka · 09/04/2010 22:23

My 3 DDs are been taken away for the day tomorrow, I am hoping to get loads done. Am looking forward to the break

JustKeepSwimming · 09/04/2010 22:31

CC - sounds good for tomorrow. No don't think he has the vomiting thing, just due to all the coughing i think/i hope.

Don't think DS2 is asthmatic, though it's possible as DH was as a child. There are concerns over his problems with chest infections, he may need further tests to see if there's something underlying all this stuff, hope not though...

Think he's finally gone to sleep, really hope he stays that way as i need a good night.

TO DO:

  • start laundry Started - extra laundry Doing
  • some paperwork I've brought home DONE

Thanks everyone, we ended up in hospital until 2am so that DS2 could have some nebuliser/inhaler treatment. His sats weren't great and he was working so hard to breather.
We managed to not get admitted for the night so came home and got some sleep.
Have the worst headache now and everyone worn out.
Think we are being referred to the asthma clinic and we have to be more forceful giving him his inhaler at home, even though he goes nuts.
He does tend to have very waxy ears too so may ask about that at some point.

JustKeepSwimming, glad to hear you didnt have to be admitted, hope he gets better soon. Its awful when they are struggling like that isnt it. When my DD was 2weeks old we were in hospital for a week due to bronchiolitus (sorry can never spel that damn word!) Hope you can all take it easy today.

Oh JKS, I hope DS is ok! It is natural to panic when you are home, he is really only over a major op and now to face this . At least you knew he was in the right place when you got to hospital and they could relieve some of the anxiety and worry off you.

DDS are gone, was going to go out for lunch but think I will cook something light. So much to do, where to start???

Think I will rewash the clothes I didnt take out of the machine yesterday

JKS, it's totally understandable to react like that, especially if you've had a drink and Night Nurse. They'll get him sorted out at asthma clinic, and he'll get used to the inhalers. Poor little mite.
