Morning Saga

Morning to all who follow

Well I spent the rest of the afternoon/evening throwing up again
It seems to be that the minute I eat anything, I pay for it!
I feel Ok again this morning (and I am NOT going to eat!!!!!!) I am going to the docs later, just to make sure it is a bug. DH is getting rather worried (and tired of cooking supper I bet LOL!...he has been super though )

What a horrid bug though....I've had it since saturday now

On the plus side...I have lost 3lb!....Talking of weight, did I see TMH is thinking about losing weight.

Gibberish and I are doing the Boots Diet.
I can recommend it. I've lost 1 stone and 3lb since I started in January. Gibberish is doing very well too.
The good thing about it is you don't have to cut out any foods, you can eat whatever you like, as long as you don't go over your set amount of Calories.
They calculate everything for you. My calorie target is 1400, and as long as I don't go over then I can eat what I want really.
The site is really useful, you have a calorie calculator, so you can type in what you have eaten, and it tells you how many calories you have had. It encourages you to excercise, and again has an excercise calorie counter too.
take a look here
There is a chat forum too, and that really helps as they are all really encouraging.

I've got a cleaner from Merry Maids coming round this afternoon so I'd better get cleaning

I like the sound of that diet plan Luda, I want to lose some weight before I properly start my new job but I have real motivation issues (is there a pattern here?). I might join you.

Luda hope the doc puts your mind at rest x I lost 5lbs last week - My clothes are getting loose - which is good but also annoying as I treated myself to several new clothes last month and already they are a bit on the baggy side Come on MSN sometime and we can talk about meeting up if you visit SiL and baby
Saga thanks for the thread Good luck with your exciting day!
EHM still thinking those thoughts - thanks for your texts over the past couple of days x x

I ended up getting the house pretty straight yesterday and even did the ironing

Today I will tackle the spare room.

Hello everyone

seems like lots of you are suffering from ailments/bugs at the mment, hope you all start feeling better soon.

DS is in that camp, has some really nasty ulcers in his mouth which have been waking him up all night poor love. Ended up sleeping in his bed with him as was fed up of traipsing along corridor to put him back in bed! Anbesol has been helping though.

DH is going to Cheltenham races tomorrow and an old friend of his from uni is going too so need to spruce up spare room before he arrives to stay this evening. Plus give house a quick once over tidy wise and a hoover, but thanks to this thread nothing is irreversibly bad!

Have a good day all x
