Missions

Have had another bad night. DD still has a bad cold adn is totaly bunged up she is also sick everytime i give her Medised.
DS still has the chicken pox and i think he is also getting DD's cold. Hopefully they will both be better soon.

Did read yesterday's thread but have forgotten all the details, sorry.
Hope everyone has a good day, all the sick dc's are feeling better and the naughtier one's behave themselves

I'm still in last nights clothes (does that technically mean I'm up and dressed or just that I'm an old soak who was too pissed exhausted to get undressed last night.

Morning everyone.

Sorry, I haven't had chance to catch up on the threads I have missed, but hope all is well.

Another sunny day today, but as I have hardly been at home at all in the last 3 days, I think I need to stay in for a bit and tidy.

Washing is piling up around my ears, general tat and clutter is slowly taking over most surfaces, and the kids bedrooms you can only just walk in!

sagacious It is the holidays, you are allowed a day off!

We're going to "the big town" to shop this morning, then coming home to do housework and homework.
Oh the thrilling life I lead

We'll be out all day Thursday and Friday, and then away Saturday til Mon, so I need to get the place tidy today.

GO The jug worked then - he he he Oh I thinks that there is loads of time for neat hair when they are older. My two have a bit of a curly mullet going on as their fringe is the only bit that I am concerned about going in their eyes.

We are off swiming in a moment - I am hoping it tires them both out. I was in bed at 9.30 but I am still shattered. I think I need a week of early nights

Lunch is sorted Chicken pie with a mash top and I have done carotts to go with. All cooked, so I just have to warm it whenwe get back.

Hello again

sag haven't slept in clothes since i was a student passed out on a friends floor, happy memories
luda feel like i've been in for days. Am going to wrap dc's up well adn go out for a walk, anywhere. Probobly into town to the chemists, exciting
Dream have fun in town.
Grouchy Dp has got DC's up for breakfast about 4 times in the last 4 years.
I'm sure Ed's hair will be fine.
TMH Chicken pie and mash sounds yummy. Hope you had fun swimming.

I have finally put the w/m on to wash the towels adn bath mat, didn't wash the floor with them first though?
DD was being soo grumpy towards me i locked myself in the kitchen (DD can't open the stairgate [rin] ) adn scrubbed the oven until she got bored with no audience. Yes I have just re-read 'Toddler Taming'.

DS has gone for a nap, Night Garden has just started so i'm going to try and get 30min nap.

I have a VERY sore head this morning.. That gigglewitch is very bad influence on me! Didn't get to bed until after 2am...

Right, first load of washing on. Downstairs relatively tidy. Kitchen cleaned. Have dusted but need to hoover. Girls have dancing later and I need to do weekly shop. Have to go into work tomorrow so really must get this house blasted today!

Is so sunny too - really tempted just to leave it all and go for a walk...

TMH Thing is according to Mark Kermode, that haircut is the scariest haircut EVER and he has seen some well scary films. Mind you, Ed's hair doesn't grow down, it grows width ways!

Get ingredients out for rocky road crunch (and DH hasn't replaced the golden syrup...can I use honey?)
S&S worktops
Shine sink (I don't have to do the hob as DH didn't cook last night )
Get ingredients out for flapjacks

To Do

HUGE pile of ironing
Pegging out
Tidy front room floor and vac
Lunch
Ednertaining.

But I am taking it easy

GO am so at the long lists you post on here - and very impressed. Seems like an impossibility at the mo from where I am. Stayed at mum's last night as she takes DS to a group on Wed mornings, so she and Dad got up with him (bless them) and my day has gone like this...

Got up 10am
Made breakfast
Watched Homes under the Hammer
Made a cup of tea
Sat down at the computer...

This baby really needs to come soon, am really not going to be encouraging anyone at this rate

Although, after my aim to declutter yesterday I listed a couple of books on amazon.co.uk marketplace, and they've both sold already! Probably only about £8 or £9 made after postage, but I have shelves and shelves of the things...

Have swish and swiped upstairs bathroom, shined my sink, sorted out clothes and the place is resembling a home once again.

Off to hoover then write my shopping list. Have just lost the place with the zones... need to peek at the missions but won't be able to do them until Friday now.

Head still hurting...

Back from swimming. Boys were fantastic and lunch is done and dusted and DS2 is in bed. DS1 is doing jigsaws and watching toy story 2 again!!

Well I have mown the back lawn...gave up on the front lawn.
Tidied the kitchen
Hung about 3 loads of washing out to dry
Tidied the gardens and swept the paths
Chatted to about 4 different neighbours for yonks!
Had lunch outside with the kids
Now I have to get dusting and polishing and hoovering I fear.
Its amazing how the sunlight makes all the smudges and finger prints sparkle!!!!!

Hope all is well and hangovers have subsided!

@ the hangovers. Can't remember he last time I had one, either.

We went out and as soon as we got there dp phoned to tell me the new front door should be comin this afternoon. I didn't get most of what I wanted as a consequence, as I rushed to get home.
DDshave done all their homework and we are free to loung around for the rest of the week now though.

Afternoon all

I cant remember the last time I had a drink let alone being drunk and having a hangover.

TMH I like making chicken pies with mash on top. The last time I made it I used the chicken strips that Iceland do. (Cook from frozen.) DD calls them 'chicken chips'

I hope all the DC who are ill feel better soon. All this sun and feeling ill is not great at all.

I have washed all the towels and they are out drying. (mum put them out)
S+S the bathroom and 2nd loo.
Dusted the lounge.
Cooked sausage hot for later. Just needs heating.
Mum has hoovered the whole house after tidying the kids rooms from toys.

Mum has gone to get DS2 with DD. They are going the long way around to go for a walk as well.

Im at home with DS1 who is suppose to be doing his school work but he wont. He does when Im there helping (well more like doing) but as soon as I go to do something he stops. He knows what he has to do but wont do it. He wants me to.

Hes does not know I am on the lappy. I have locked myself in my bedroom. The baby monitor is on so I know where he is and what hes doing. Hes talking to himself, but I can not understand what he is talking about.

Help.... me

Nuts I went through a chicken for sunday dinner phase, so we were trying different things to use it up and the boys seem to prefer it with mash on top to pastry. I have varied it by popping in all the spare veg and either doing a gravy or cream filling

Ebay and Ebay.com (the US version) have lots of toy story stuff on TMH and as its 2$ to the £E even with p&P it should be reasonable

well meatballs went down well, boys really enjoyed them and even better DH got in early so we all ate togther - how lovley.
