Advice on buying a washing machine with short hot cycle?

I'm trying to find a washing machine with a short (say 30 mins) cycle at about 60 degrees.

There is no way of finding this out outline and showrooms have all closed.
I did a video call with a guy at Curry's who wasn't able to help either.

I want to avoid ending up with a machine with cycles that go on for hours and hours, which is the modern way. No idea how this can be considered eco.

a short wash at 40 degrees would be better than nothing - at least i can tip hot water in the soap drawer I suppose.
The simpler the better. I suspect the more you pay the more impenetrable the instructions and there will be all sorts of pointless abilities such as being able to operate it via wifi when you are abroad and other rubbish.

Any advice?

Hi @InsectsMatter I'm not sure if you've found the machine that meets your needs yet. If not, take a look at our article on the best washing machines. Our author wrote after researching the recommendations of Mumsnet users and looking at consumer reviews. Bosch have a Speed Perfect button that might work well? Hope the article is useful and you have a machine you enjoy using again soon.
