Ellie has sickness bug started late Friday evening still being sick so Dr's for us tomorrow I think.

My lot are all fine. i had no voice when i woke up though! Was quite funny!
Haven't managed to fit a jog in all week. Starting again Tuesday.

I bet the kids loved that good luck with the jogging on Tuesday.
