Jas - that sounds like a massive building project (but worth it in the end!)

We live in a victorian semi, and the upstairs arrangement sounds just like what you describe - we have a mahoosive bathroom, then a smaller bedroom, and then a big front bedroom (which has two windows in it and lends itself to being split into two)

Ed is like it never happend. He just knows to hold hands Glad my little critter bounces. Thanks for all the kind words. The local rag are doing a b it about it now!

DH home so I'll say byeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

grouchyoscar · 04/09/2007 19:03

btw I caught up with my flying. Emptying DW, putting away, vaccing, pegging out, tidying away, making Ed's tea etc etc...not bad for a dramatic start to the day.

hippi- we are in a victorian terraced house, but the bedroom at the front only has one window. I've got all 3 children in that room now.

Hi everyone.
Sounds like fun Jas , we have a 2 bed house and 2 kids so will need to extend somewhere too at some point.

Ds had a great time at school (phew). He said he didn't do anything, just ran around .

Meanwhile: Porch swept and big coat cull from hallway.

shouldbe · 04/09/2007 20:14

Phew! Busy day here, only just had the chance to sit down!

Grouchy what a relief that Ed is OK. Must have been scary for you at the time though!

FGS your dd looks great

We've spent almost all day at the park It turned into a beautiful sunny day so it seemed pointless to come home and do housework!
I've been whizzing round this evening though, trying to make sure everything is ready for us in the morning. Ds is starting to show a few doubts about going to school tomorrow but hopefully he'll be fine...

I'll be trying to get back to FLYing better again from tomorrow. i need to do a quick crisis clean tomorrow as the place is looking awful and I'm drowning under laundry (clean needing putting away mostly!)

Hope you all have a good evening, see you in the morning

Hello

Well I'm up with a big to do list for this time of night!
Dh is still at work..but due home soon..I think...

To do before bed:
~Empty D/W
~Empty W/M (still running with all the car seat covers in it)
~Make packed lunches
~Stick one more load in machine
~Stick the covers quickly in the dryer on low heat (In the hope they won't shrink...as I've no where to hang them)
~Wash Dh's flask (not sure whether flasks can go in the D/W!?)

Then off to bed.

I have managed to get tomorrows clothes out for everyone already, and pick up all the clothes strewn around the house.

Phew!

AufishFeQueen · 04/09/2007 21:07

That sausage pie was yummy! It was gone in flash!

AufishFeQueen · 04/09/2007 21:09

I also need to do the lunches, have just done my other half's lunch for tonight and been to wake him up, a load will also go in the machine and then I'm off to bed as well as I am absolutely knackered.

ludaloo · 04/09/2007 21:56

Yawn....

To do before bed:
~Empty D/W it hasn't finished !
~Empty W/M (still running with all the car seat covers in it) done
~Make packed lunches done
~Stick one more load in machine done
~Stick the covers quickly in the dryer on low heat (In the hope they won't shrink...as I've no where to hang them) done and put them back on (they look great ! )
~Wash Dh's flask (not sure whether flasks can go in the D/W!?) done

Well done my list... and had to fold a load of washing, that I'd forgotten about in the dryer...
Just the D/W but it is still running so I might leave it till the morning now...other wise I'll have to dry everything too if I try and unload it too soon after it has stopped.

Well...N,Night All
