Morning shouldbe. I bet tomorrow we get Nothing says I love you like a clean toilet bowl again

I have loads to do this morning while I have both kids out of the way - I'll be back with a list once I'm showered and dressed...

HIi shouldbe and jas. M ykeyboard is still playing up and so is my will to fly. I need to get a grip today and sort my house. I am off out for a while but when I get back will have a list.

OK, dh has taken the kids to school so I'm ready to think through my list..

~tidy upstairs
~put away clean laundry
~dust and hoover upstairs
~missions in bathroom
~tidy downstairs
~dust and quick hoover downstairs
~clean cloakroom
~tidy utility room
~clean up kitchen
~mop floors
~empty/clean cat litter
~washing x loads

That'll have to do - I have just over 3 hours so should be able to get lots done - see you later x

shouldbe Have a big stompy tidy up (I usually do after a row with my dh) It'll make you feel a bit better.

My List:
~Empty and reload D/W
~Put load of washing in
~Hoover
~General Tidy
~More filing
~Make a lasagna for supper

Right I am really going to set my timer and dash round picking up all the toys, bits of paper, half eaten biscuits, cups, things which don't belong where they are etc.etc.

Back to life .. back to reality...Back to the here and now yeah..

Well Birthday Bonanza weekend is over,washing machine bouncy castle was a great success (my calves are still aching from all the drunken bouncing) bbq has been cleaned, beer cans and wine bottles are in the recycling (plus 2 other boxes.. we got through a lot )DH is back to work, so i'm sitting here eating Belgian chocolates..

Right in 15 min I......

Moved 4 beakers and 2 cups from around the house into the kitchen...
Bought all dirty washing downstairs and put it in basket...
Made all the beds...
Opened the curtains...
Opened windows...
Picked all the toys up in the living room and put them back in the toy basket...
Put away the tape measure, hair dryer, Fly spray, hair bobbles and emptied dh's ash tray...

Not bad

Gosh doesn't 15 mins go quick!!!!

Another 15 mins and I have:

Unloaded/reloaded D/W
Wiped all kitchen surfaces down
Polished the mirror in the living room
Made myself and DD2 a drink

I may have to keep doing these timed quick bursts...I keep trying to see how much I can cram in lol!!!!

Just DD2 and I today so i should get on woth tidying up!
shouldbe Sorry you had an argument. i hope you are taking it out on the house now.
I think i will start by cleaning the whole bathroom. that doesn't take long! And i always forget the upstairs loo and sink so i will try and do that too.

Good morning ALL shouldbe hope you are feeling ok. Was just watching This Morning about the little toddlers that were forced to fight, poor little ones, how a mother could do that I just don't know.

My done list:

washed up and dried up
bleached, scrubbed and shined the sink
hotspots in kitchen cleared
load of washing including the bath mat
done the mission for today even before reading it, things needed to be done in the bathroom

To do:

get partner to fix the hinge on cupboard
phone solicitor regarding my court hearing on Monday, starting to feel nervous now
hoover
put clean tablecloth on dining room table
prepare tea
more washing
put away towels from dryer
load dryer
put away ironed shirts
can't think of anything else that needs to be done.

Will be back later with an update.

You've all inspired me

So far today I have been shopping and mopped the kitchen floor. I am going out at 11.30, but will do a 15 min burst of serious activity first, rather than drink tea, which was my original plan.

Well in my 15 mins I have

Found my missing belt (i can now hitch up my jeans)
Found missing credit card (i can now buy new well fitting jeans)
Finished loading and have put on D/W
Unloaded washing machine
Sorted top shelf of wardrobe
Cleared coffee cups and remains of belgian chocolate box

I feel slightly smug (and slightly sick after all that sugar !)

My 15 minutes included:

Putting load of washing in T/D
Folding a load up and putting it away (have decided to put it away as soon as poss as DD2 chucked several piles of clean and ironed clothes over the bannister the other day )
Doing DD2's nappy
Putting a jumper and shoes on DD2
Eating a custard cream

Off to fetch DS from nursery now.....
