Tuesday's mission Nothing says I love you more than plenty of toilet tissue

yadd I wouldn't feel bad about the chocolate consumption....just look at it as though you were just topping up your "Happy Hormones" (best excuse in the world...especially to justify eating chocolate to a man...I mean what man wouldn't want your hormones to be happy!!!!)

Ok, I have done 15 mins now.
Find a clean cloth
Bathroom floor swept
Wall wiped down
Toothbrush and soap holders wiped
Sink cleaned
bath cleaned

Aufish i hope it goes well on Monday.We will all be thinking of you.

We are doing well today.

Off to do another 15 mins now which should mean the bathroom is finished.

Downstairs bathroom sparkling clean.

Off upstairs now.

Upstairs loo, sink and floor now clean. Also wiped down the radiator. It had rather suspicious yellow splodges on it . Damn boys!

Well, I have been out since my last post and so have done nothing more to the house!
PIL arrive in an hour and ds needs collecting in about 30mins. Dh and I have almost sorted the car crisis with some help from some v v kind friends who are willing to lend us a reliable car to take on holiday Hopefully it'll all work out OK but it's taken all morning to sort so any hopes I had of getting all my FLYing done this morning have gone out of the window!
I still have the entire list to do so need to get cracking and get downstairs at least looking OK before PIL arrive and then I'm hoping they will take ds to the playground while I carry on this afternoon.
Thanks for all being so kind - I was feeling very sorry for myself this morning!

Well I have picked DS up, made lunch, and now off to make a lasagna for supper.

BLEUGHHHHH not making a lasagna for supper after all....the minced beef I bought on saterday smells putrid....ewwwww (I am really fussy about meat, after a horrible spate of food poisoning as a student)

Will have to rethink

Oh dear Luda. I hope you find something else to have. If the mince is still in date take it back. You should get a refund.

hmmmm It is still in date but I put half of it in the pan! I have had a few dodgy packs in the past (from Lidls)I bought another one too but put that one in the freezer (I hope that one is ok)

put away yesterdays clean washing
moved clean clothes from airere to dds room
put up damp travel cot to dry out and not go mouldy

I am off to do another 15 mins, and hopefully ds will fall asleep and I can keep going til 3 as dd2 has a friend coming for tea after school.

Sorted clean laundry pile (put away non ironable's)

Is ironable a word ?

I've also eaten a big block of stilton and the left over pasta salad from the bbq

Diet starts tommorrow

glass hope your dd is better i've heard croup can be scary sounding ..
luda take it back (or phone them for a refund .. i do my shopping online so just phone the number .. it does sound very odd when i'm phoning about squashed tomatoes !)

Well decided to find a space in the shed for the guinea pig straw, hay, feed etc, but couldn't actually get in there. I have spent the last 2 hours clearing it all out!!

You can walk in and right through to the back door now I have rolled the hose pipe up and hung it on a nail out the way, tidied the bar-b-que out, swept, put all the plant pots and paint neatly on the shelves, chucked a load of crap out! Found a spot for the guinea pig stuff to go

Off to get DD1 now!

~tidy upstairs done
~put away clean laundry done some
~dust and hoover upstairs done
~missions in bathroom
~tidy downstairs
~dust and quick hoover downstairs
~clean cloakroom
~tidy utility room
~clean up kitchen
~mop floors
~empty/clean cat litter
~washing x loads done 2
~been talked to by MIL for over 2 hours done

PIL have just left with ds for the playground. I have another 40mins before they, ds and dd will be home so am going to try to get as much done as possible - would much rather sit out in the sun though
