How often do you wash your jeans?
I wash mine after wearing them 2-3 times. My partner washed his jeans maybe once a month. Upon googling it, I never knew he wasn't the only person to do this!

Wash them after wearing them twice. DC (that live at home) 15 and 20, have their jeans washed after wearing them once.

DH was buying jeans in Diesel once and I remarked to the assistant that they looked so much nicer new than when they’d been washed a few times and the denim went soft... He said not to wash them, just to “scrape them” 😂

Why do you need to wash them every 2-3 times? That''s excessive unless you've been very sweaty, which shouldn't happen anyway as jeans are no good in hot weather.

Three to five days wear is quite enough, unless I've thrown something over myself! A month is OTT.

I wear mine about a week before washing.

My husband is more monthly but I have been known to tell him that they are starting to pong and he should put on his other (identical) pair so I can wash them.

One wear here too but I have OCD so have ridiculous laundry habits.

Dp wears his a lot more. He prefers them after a few washes as he says they are comfier.

I like the tightness feel of clean jeans- definitely don’t like that “ able to stand up on their own” baggy farmer Giles look after they’ve not been washed and worn a fair few times.

No. And I don't wear jeans to work anyway.

But i do like to wear clean clothes.

Yes lonicera. I am amazed at the people who wash 3 loads a day for a family of 4. And have you seen the threads about washing bath towels after one use.

When they look dirty or smell? Probably 3-5 wears? I don’t wear jeans that often so could probably easily go a month without washing them.

Lonicera said frugal, not resources. I'm not sure once cancels out the other anyway. You can't say 'I won't recycle' because I have don't have a car', for example.

Well obviously you should't be wearing jeans if it's hot were you are. I think the reason you're sweaty at the moment is that it's been quite humid the last few days.

Mine never do so I just think to myself 'these haven't been washed in a while' and chuck them in.

I only wash my jeans if they start to get a bit smelly 😂 over washing denim is bad for it and the colour fades loads
