So DD3 is having a party on Friday! I need to have at least the downstairs tidy. My utility room and downstairs loo have to be decluttered.

Tidy dd3’s room ✅
Take all dd3’s crap that has accumulated on the unit in the hall back upstairs ✅

Strip and remake the 3 girls’ beds

Did really well for about a half hour sat down for a cuppa, only woke now I am a disaster!

Going to do another half hour in our room after a cuppa, so will start at 3.

Well after being a lazy sod yesterday and not doing a huge amount in the days before I decided the house looked grubby so I was up early and have done:

Tidy beds
Tidy, dust and hoover all 4 bedrooms
Clean and mop upstairs and downstairs bathrooms
Tidied and hoovered the hall, landing and stairs
Tidied and dusted the living room
Wiped down leather sofas
Cleaned kitchen
Bleached litter tray
Hoovered and mopped throughout downstairs
Cleaned all mirrors and windows
Laundry

So basically the entire house from top to bottom has been cleaned. I feel so much better now and my house smells of pledge and Zoflora!

All I have left to do for the rest of the day is:

More laundry
Iron work and school uniforms
Make and clear up after tea
Bath 3 year old
Make 10 year old have a shower
Get girls to pack their bags ready for school in the morning

I’m sitting with a cup of tea whilst I wait for the kitchen floor to dry then I’ll crack on with the other stuff that needs doing.

Oops, fell off the thread over a busy weekend, time to get back to it this morning.

Realised that after my recent clear out of DS's wardrobe, he barely has enough pairs of trousers to lay out a week of clothes, particularly if some are in the wash, so I had a good look through his wardrobe this evening to see what else he needs and will do some shopping.

Hi everyone, sorry I’ve been missing again. I have a friend staying in sad circumstances so have had to spend most of my time with her. I got up early today though and have managed to do:

Unload and reload dishwasher
Bleach litter tray
Sweep kitchen
Tidy beds
Clean kitchen
One load of washing done and hung out to dry

Still to do:
Shower and dress 3 year old
Make and clear up after lunch
Drop primary school acceptance at the school (can’t believe she starts in September, she’s not 4 for another 3 months yet!)

I’m at work at 1pm so when I get in tonight I will need to:

Make and clear up after tea
Go food shopping
Fold and put away clean washing

Oh, I’ve also booked a small camping trip in July this morning too.
