shouldbe Happy Birthday to your DD, hope you all have a brilliant day (and well done you for all your hard work yesterday)

It is looking like it is going to be a beautiful day today Can get washing out and maybe mow the lawn.

First jobs:
Hang laundry, new load & handwashing, do stretches, kids' breakfasts, docs. at 9.30, letter to friend.

Hi luda and Lm. Just a quick post as I need to have brekkie and oversee dh and ds getting ready to go away for the w/e.

My list for today:-
~ I've a few things to sort out/return.
~ ironing
~ tidying up
~ put away clothes ironed 2 days ago
~ if possible, tick off some receipts as there is a huge pile there now
~ food shopping - I didn't take my usual list with me yesterday nor Thurs and it has all gone to pot!

We've been up since 6am with a very excited dd! She's loving the day so far

Nice and sunny so far so I'm hoping we can have the party in the garden without anyone getting cold (or wet!)

Good morning everyone I'm not doing lists atm, but did an hour of frantic activity yesterday and dp commented obn how lovely the house was when he got in from work.

My child free morning didn't happen. I broke ds' car seat and got in a right state, ended up taking him with me to counselling, but things ar ok today.

The sun is shining, and dp is going to do some long awaited shed building in the garden.

Jelley I came back to this thread by logging in and then going to threads I'm on. When I saw your posting name 4 times I thought instantly of your mouse. Sorry to hear that things went wrong for you yesterday. I had a funny thing go wrong. We had made pizza (sweetcorn and ham for dd and I and a small ham only one for ds) and dd was rushing to get to evening activity so she put a spatula under the pizza to lift it from the greaseproof paper and it suddenly came away, went up into the air and landed upside down on ds' pizza, covering it with hated sweetcorn! I wish we'd had it on tape!

I got up at 7am because ds set his alarm an hour too early and then walked through our room to the shower, waking us both up. Since then I've:-
~ put a load in the w/m and now on line
~ unloaded/reloaded d/w
~ sorted dh and ds and waved them off
~ washed up
~ had brekkie

Now for finishing this cup of tea and getting showered and dressed to go to town with dd. See you later!

Take DS down to play
Empty upstairs bins
Take all bins out to dustbin
Tidy away last night's detritus
Load DW and run
Wash large items
Load WM
Check washing on line, bring in dry stuff
Have breakfast
Wash and dress DS
Wave DH and DS off to dad's group
Get online.

Where has the time gone this morning? Oh i know! Lazing in bed and then Mn!
Must get to the shops before pet shop closes. Rabbit and guinea need cleaning out!

Hello again all. Glasslipper - sympathies about the laundry - it's one of the worst things about coming home [sad.] Jelley - hope you have a better day today and get some precious child-free time soon.

I chickened out of going to the docs. Am meant to have a smear test and I HATE them, so will go next week instead. MIL will be here then and I'll want an excuse to go out!!!!

Next jobs:
1)leaflet local houses re. school fundraiser
2)hang laundry
3)chemists
4)decide what to wear for posh dinner tonight

Shower and dressed
Hoover
W/M and drying
washing up and drying up of last night's dishes
general tidy up
clean bathrooms

Well that's my list for today, going to have to get move on as it will not get done. Bye for now, I'm going to set myself a target of 2pm and am hoping

Hello

I am actually doing quite well so far today.

Have cleaned the hamster cage out (been putting it off all week....it took me ages, it is one of those ones with tunnels and tubes and about four different chambers ) It managed to cover three different rooms with saw dust and bits of bedding (not including the hall and stairs!)

On my second load of washing. Taken the net curtain thingy down off the back door ready to wash.

Because of the bloomin hamster and its mess...upstairs is all hoovered and tidy again.

Going to make a chocolate cake and still maybe mow the lawn.....

Hi all.
Back from shops now. think i got everything!
I have ingredients to make 2 meals to freeze for in the week. Just hope i can make them now and kids eat it!

Will do lunch then get on with tidying up before making crazy cookies and 2 meals(i hope!)
