Hi Jelley yes it is early for sports day but the school have come to realise that the kids enjoy it more when its not as hot as on a June day. The school usually have loads of stuff organised for the children in May and June and so this is the best thing all round for them. My lot have so much on this month its unbelievable and I am going to have to be ultra organised with everything. DD1 is away with the school on Monday for 3 days, DD2 is away with school at the end of May for 2 days and inbetween DD2 has a visit to Manchester museum and DS2 has a visit to the fantastic Eureka Musuem, it has cost me a pretty penny but I know they will enjoy it.

I wish more schools thought to do sports day a bit earlier!! Ours normally gets rained off!

All DC finally in bed!!
My bath is running.
Lunch boxes done.
Need to make 2 sarnies for DD's to take with us to my appointment at the hospital tomorrow. I hope to get the 9.18 train. Going to be a rush from dropping DS's off to get to the station which is in the opposite direction to the school and past our house!! But rather that than go by bus. i hate travelling on the bus plus it takes at least 30 mins longer than the 10 min train ride!
