Sorry I can't remember how to link yesterdays thread to todays Up most night with Ellie again very itchy bless her. I still haven't caught up with the last few days threads I haven't got a clue whats going on.

Thanks glitter Yes i know its a slippery slope .. if i don't get back on track fast i'll have put it all back on (and probably more) within a couple of months .. all that wasted effort so noooo i will resist , i will run !

oooh ooh ooh .. i have soup .. normally lentil based (sainsburys be good to yourself tomato and bean) as its REALLY filling with two slices of wholemeal toast (no spread) .. fills me up all day

tort 8 bourbons isn't sooo bad.. i can (and have) eaten a 36 pack of jaffa cakes before..

Start again tommorrow and make sure you have 3 PROPER meals and a little snack . if i get too hungry i just binge.

Yadda i try to but am useless at making healthy meals for just me!! I end up with a lettace sarnie or something!!
I did juicing last year but just got too expensive so had to stop.

Must admit when dh is away my healthy eating can go out of the window so IKWYM

I sort of followed the "you are what you eat" principles ..not mixing carbs with proteins, nuts and seeds as snacks, loads of fruit and veg but without the weird juices and odd spirula mixes .. if it doesn't taste nice i just won't eat it and food should be about enjoyment and yes a lettace sandwich doesn't really cut it does it !!

Off to bed .. see you tommorrow for a nice bowl of fruit and fibre ??

I cant get the whole seeds thing! I do like lettace and salad cream sarnie actually.
Just don't understand all the other stuff!
