New Kon Marie Thread!

Last thread was huge, so have started a new one.

I am working through books; where is everyone else?

I have two weeks off soon & have high hopes for progress

I must say, I preferred Clutterless...
Not that I've got very far with my kondoing though!

I started kondoing last summer or maybe the summer before. I really can't remember which, but it has had a lasting effect on what I choose to bring into the house.

I've done:
Clothes
Sheets and towels
Books
Paperwork (not based on her recommendations but on the government recommendations in this country for how long you should keep each type of document)
Cosmetics and bathroom stuff
Medicines
Stationery
CDs
Photos
Other sentimental stuff (for example my trophies from when I was a child/teenager - I just took a photo of them all and kept 2 favourites)
Toys (although this needs doing again as they boys get older)

The only things left now are DVDs (DH's - and he refuses to get rid of any ) and some baby stuff which I would love to get rid of but DH wants another baby so we're hanging onto them for now.

I would love to kondo more but to be honest we're not too cluttered.

We're hoping to move house next year so I'll have another clear out then I think.
