• dishes
• empty and fill d/w
• laundry
• hoover and dust bedrooms
• ring MIL about xmas dinner DONE
• tidy kitchen DONE
• go into town to buy DD some clothes DONE

going to do d/w and laundry now and then the rest when DP is up at 3.

Right i'm going to do a to do list!

Put DW on
Put WM on
Put TD on

Clean work tops
Clean cupboard doors
Clean floor

That should do for now!

Morning, luda? I think the spelling is Sion Corn. I've seen Sali Mali shopping in Morrisons in town. Sorry to hear that ds isn't well. I hope he is better soon.

Done:-

• write a couple of e-mails
• do a load of washing
• load the dishwasher
• finish tumble drying
• I've also cleaned the windows of the kitchen and utility room
• Plus I've cleaned the fireplace
• I've done another load of washing and put it on the line but I don't think it'll dry

I should know that really shouldn't I!....being christmas and all

I get all excited watching Sali Mali as it is part filmed in Tregaron and I know all the places!
Ds has a temperature and a bad cough. I'm torn between cough medicine or medicine to keep his temp down. As he is prone to fitting under high temps, I've been giving him medicine for that,his cough is horrendous though.....next dose will be cough mixture I think.

I like the idea of saying you're waiting for delivery of something for your nephew tort - that'd be worth a go...

Everyone's doing really well, I still feel like I just can't be bothered - kids will just follow me round undoing my hard work anyway...

big tidy upstairs , esp kids rooms done in part- ds room and my room ar etidy but not hoovered
deliver local cards
tidy the wretched utility room (I'll keep putting it on my list in the hope I'll do it eventually!)
take dd to party/collect dd from party done friend is bringing them home at 4
plan tomorrows lunch (2 sets of friends for lunch)

Ought to try to do some more while dd is out x

...sorry it's luda's ds who's poorly isn't it...hope it doesn't last long.

Ivor...I am sorry we haven't actually met yet...I'm not avoiding you honest! Its just any trip I make to town at the moment is just a quick one and usually I have to be back to relieve dh of the kids. Hopefully in the new year, when dh isn't so busy at work (and hogging our one remaining car!)or even better my car is fixed!!!! we will have to get together..(please forgive the rudeness of not seeing you....xx)

I've just quickly hoovered upstairs - all except dd's room cos she's got all her toys laid out for an imaginary party so I haven't the heart to tidy them up.
Just going to do the stairs (they're a disgrace) then will do a quick run round downstairs....may even make it into the utility room before supper (but may not)! Dd and I are going carol singing this evening if we can face the cold so the ironing may have to wait till we're home or even till tomorrow eve.

I've been finding it quiet today esp as I've had to stay in for a parcel which hasn't arrived yet. Not best pleased, I have to say as the dog really wants her walk. As long as it does arrive today, though. I don't want to have to wait in all day tomorrow, too!

P.S. There has been nowt on the tv all day! I know what you mean about housework buddies. Will post a new list later. Not an awful lot more added to my done list, though!

Well, housework pals (I like it Luda), I've done my stairs! Then dd came home from the party in tears - she's so tired poor love. I'd rather not bother with the carol singing but she's really looking forward to it so we'll have to go if only for a little while.

Kitchen floor clean now! Kitchen looks better but far from perfect. Need to clear the table ready for christmas dinner for me and the DC!

Just back from town bought dishwasher tabs & salt, washing tabs & fabric conditioner + milk. Plus bits & bobs for baby wipes ect running very low.
popped into work 12ish, chatted with old colleagues. One of which took Ellie & I was chasing her around the office to get her back. Thanked my boss for my annual wage rise, which isn't worth the paper its written on. I am on AMT so no wages, unless I return to work next year. Don't have to tell them until April. Meet friend & her dd had yummy lunch in pizza hut which cost about a fiver. I ate enough to feed a small army.
Folded clothes which where washed this morning & are now dry. Will iron later. I am going to have a cuppa to warm me up.

Hawkins Bazaar delivery came today(phew!).It doesn't look like much and is for all 4's stockings which arte from 'santa'.I'm going to have to look for a small gift from what ive bought to put in too or it will look terrible! I'm feeling a bit of a failiure this year.I must save a bit each week next year to avoid this problem.
