I think your debts sound alot Tort but compared to most they're probably tiny.It's all relative though.If you are on benefits the law says you need a certain limit to live on then i expect creditors can't put you below that level no mater what you owe.
I hate DP at times he talks such bullshit.I think he probably meant if i didn't get things sorted i'd be cut off and therefor lose the kids by making them live in a house with no gas or electriccan you imagine that!
It gave me nightmares but did make me get it sorted i suppose.
