Now off to FLY hallway and diningroom for 15 mins before DS wakes.

That is odd!! My bathroom is still tidy!

What should i use to clean front door? Its that plasticy stuff,can't think of the name!!

PVC - cif?

Im gonna clean my FILTHY front door - havent cleaned it since I moved in in June and I keep meaning too! Off I go - see you in 15!

A kitchen/bathroom type cleaner then? Don't have any cif.

For a pvc door I would just use a weak solution of water and washing up liquid...

Wow, have been sooo busy - have tackled the cobweb ridden porch outside the front door, have swept, de-cobwebbed, cleaned the tiles and cleaned the front door. Am off later to buy a new plant to replace the dead one in the corner...
Inside, have cleaned front door, doors, doorframes, skirting, decluttered coat rack (got rid of summer jackets etc...)swept, dusted and mopped tiles. Have also taken down glass lampshade and washed it, and put it back, but can't get the bl**ted bulb back in!!!

Is this zone for the whole week?

I think its the whole week.I only have a small area by the front door! And a sort of dining area!

No im not - it doesnt say to. Hotspots - ill do 15 mins of exstinguishing (sp???)

Morning all FLYers. Not had a great morning so far. I did not wake up until gone 8am.I had a bad night with DD. She kept crying every 30 minutes or so. (She has gone sound asleep now.)
I was late getting to school. Just 1 mad rush. Thank God I had done bits last night ready for this am.
I am not really in a FLYing mood now
I cant do the porch as I don't have 1. If I feel up to it later I might clean the stairs, and all the wood work with hot soapy water.
I missed the news this am tortoise, did they have anymore news on the fire? There was a small fire at the school on firday night. Kids (they think) set light to the paper bank skip. I think they should have big gates going into the school car par (where the recycle bit is) so kids cant get in there at night. The last fire there was kids setting light to the plastic bottles. That was last year in November.

SS just been on the phone. Theres a new S/Working coming to see me at lunch time (ish) another new 1.

They showed a little bit on the news but didn't go into much detail! Might be on the news later.11.00 I think there is one? Not sure!!

peegeeweegeewoo all that before 11am! you must be in a cleaning mood. Can you come and do mine?

I just use hot soapy water tortoise.

Mine has fallen to pieces quite quickly but whenI got my act together, it was alot easier to sort out than ever before, so some lasting changes seem to be happening here.

I have this morning on now, so we will see.

I hope S/W is better, its just the 6th one in the last nearly 3 years I have been having to tell them everything that been going on and it all gets me very down. So much for having it all in my file. I sure that some of them cant control there own life, so they love/like/want to control others.

I still haven't gotten to FLY - DS woke, and Barclays keeps crashing.

I'll do it when DD eats lunch after school...

Falling apart - if I don't shine my sink, then it all goes horribly wrong for me, BUT it is fairly easy to fix again compared to before.

I now have reminders set on my phone for bedtime routine etc... sounds unbelievably sad, but it helps!

I'm categorically NOT touching my porch until the masses of spiders have finished with the crane fly season.

Hi all

My FLYIng fell by the wayside a bit last week, due to ds being ill (hospitalised on weds night with asthma-like symptoms , he slept about 5 hours in total, so I slept even less, scrunched onto the bedside chair, plus he had an ear infection). BUT am pleased to say that when it came to friday afternoon and my dad was due to arrive that evening for the weekend, it took about an hour to get the house straightend up ready for company, usually it would have taken 2 or 3. So it is working!

cupboard under the stairs is a terrible mess. DP sorted it out two months ago. can't even tell now!

piffle, know how you feel about the spiders. i haven't been in our garden since the beginning of september as i kept walking into huge webs! {shudders}

i am back and flying

have had a rough few weeks, with dh having to go back into hospital anhd i wasnt swishing and swiping, but am back on form.

i am so glad this weeks is the entrance hall etc, as mine are a mess. we have a L shape hall which go from the front door right down to peters room/bathroom at the back of the bungalow. this will be a good one to do in 15min spurts as all the problems with clutter are in small areas IYKWIM.

Hallway doesn't look bad.Carpet looks like my mums that they had in their old house.
Washing out(doubt it will dry),2nd load in the machine.
Front door cleaned inside and out.Not brill cos has lots of marks that won't come off!Biro being one of them!!

JessaJackOLantern Hope you DS is on the mend now. When MY ds2 stayed in hospital for 1 night, they has a put you up bed for me to sleep in. Not that I slept very much, but least I could lay down.

i would love tiles in my hallway. in all rooms downstairs, actually. hate carpets. my parents have tiles in every room. bit cold in the winter, but i like it.
