I am rethinking my spare room I currently have a futon sofa in there which makes into a bed. But am thinking of buying a folding bed and one of those foam bed chairs. So that children can stay. Do any of you have them. If so are they ok for kids.

I had tried to sort DD's room out and had made some progress - then a relative visited with loads of stuff that her youngest had grown out of, so I'm back to square one.

I can't even bear to look at at DS's room, too much to do.

Only good news is that the laundry is a bit better under control.

I need to get back into list mode as I have too much running about in my head. Brain is not coping well especially at night.

I know what you mean Slattern, I have been hanging out with the insomniac s but being on iPad at night does not help. The cat seems better. The lettuce is growing.

Yes no screens at night if you want sleep mini, tempting as it is for the company and distraction it won't help in long run.

Was meant to be going to visit friends ( and my baby goddaughter) today and tomorrow but dd was sick in the night so can't go Not quite sure what to do with the day now, need to shake off the feeling of disappointment first I suppose.

My dc love sleeping on those foam chair bed thingies mini, get v excited!

Back from hols, tonnes of washing to do as per.
Was good but slept terribly so knackered.
Tried to post on phone a few times but it wouldn't work.

Ds2 was off/sick/poss weird seizures but we made it without needing a hosp phew.

Have also been given lots of clothes for dd so more sorting required. And 5 binbags more on its way eek. Should keep her dressed until age 5 apparently!

Want to move her into a bed soon & then sort out spare room properly - currently dumping ground.

Welcome back home JKS. Am I right in thinking you were in Normandy? How was it? We are heading off to Brittany next month.

A series of events has conspired against me and me house is truly a tip. I can't even face doing a list as it is too overwhelming. I will post what I have done later.

He is ok ish, just not quite himself poss just v tired.

Yes Normandy - we loved it, v lucky with the weather. Fab model railway on the one rainy day. Paris for a few days at my sisters was good too but busy.

Did lots of washing, run out of tablets now so stopped!
Just the sorting/ironing bit tomorrow.
And big food shop.

Shoe cupboard put back in order
Dinner made
Prep for tomorrow's dinner done
Homework done
DS's bed changed
Laundry baskets emptied ish

Had to change list today as DD is sick off school, which leads to new list

Clean and wash all affected areas {as delicately put as I can manage )
Dettlol various places -and everything DD touches-

Was planning to start 40 days to de-clutter today will wait until DD is feeling better -I can be bothered-
