Welcome one and all, especially if you love writing a great list, then sitting back and MNing crossing everything off.

And extra welcomes to those of us who write something we've already done on the list just for the satisfaction of getting to cross it off Grin

Hi jks, hope ds1 had a good bday. Dd is 7 on thurs, fingers crossed we have good weather for her party on sat.

Done a few random jobs today such as cleaning kitchen light fittings and top of boiler. Started off just doing the cupboard fronts and it escalated!

Managed to do that without it being work avoidance technique too as I also did my learning diaries for work.

Going to try to get back into thread properly as it helps me keep on top of it all better

Have a great trip JKS.

FreakoidOrganisoid · 27/05/2013 19:13

Phew party over! So glad I had dsis, bil and bf helping me as I'd have struggled on my own. Two days later and myfloors are finally sand free and no longer crunchy underfoot! Have spent all day today cleaning, tidying and doing laundry but now feel like my house is back to normal.

Hope everyone has had a lovely bank holiday weekend

Minimammoth · 29/05/2013 08:30

Hiya all. Took me ages to find you. And you're all on hols. Have not read through thread yet but marking place. Back with news etc later.

SlatternismyMiddlename · 29/05/2013 08:36

Tis party central round here. I think everybody is either preparing for or recovering from a child's party. Smile

Nice to have you back Mini.

Minimammoth · 30/05/2013 19:40

We have been having a few dramas here. PIL fell and broke his hip, now in hospital recovering from hip replacement. MIL has dementia, we have had to organise care for her. We have been up and down the motorway many times.theyare2.5 hrs away. So my lists are backing up. I have deep litter lists.
I have only ten days to my USA trip so I neeeed a list. I will then become sane.

FreakoidOrganisoid · 30/05/2013 21:28

Oh no mini, how stressful.

Today I have mostly tried to organise tge dcs bedroom a bit. Parents have taken their massive chest of drawers I have been borrowing for 7 years and I am going to get some storage that will work better for us- a bookcase and a small chest of drawers.
