Thanks zoo. This is probably tmi but I can't believe how much fruit etc I am getting away with eating without having any nasty side effects Blush

Ta Dahs:

washed and dressed
ds's lunch and snacks made
dcs breakfasted
wm on
dw loaded
dd's bike put into car (bit of an effort but I managed it)
dcs to school just in time and no more Shock
dds bike taken to bike shop for servicing
mini shop for friends coming to play after school
topped up diesel while in the bigger village

now having more water to try to counteract nasty tablets.

Get sheets out on line to dry (if painters have finished painting in that area!)

bessie26 · 03/05/2012 10:37

zoo have you got a water pistol? a quick squirt on the nose every time you see them up there might teach them!

I'm a bit worried that our cycles are all getting in sync! I'm due & am taking DD2 swimming this arvo

Today's babystep is a bit meh IMO, but perhaps I should actually go look? - I might be surprised!

bessie26 · 03/05/2012 10:41

Must do

  • get washed & dressed (Babystep 2)
  • check calendar & list
  • what's for lunch
  • book online delivery slot
  • start making a shopping list
  • stretch
  • S&S upstairs
  • S&S downstairs
  • pack DD2's bag for swimming
  • make lunch
  • take DD2 swimming
  • wash DD's towels
  • empty all bins
  • wipe out bin cupboard
  • sort recycling
  • what's for tea
  • make tea
  • remind DH to put the bin out
  • shine sink (Babystep 1)
  • be in bed before 10:30

Would like to do

  • more stretching - shoulders & back ache from holding DD2 last night
  • Shred
  • pamper session (bath, hair treatment, face pack, exfoliate)
  • do hair (I need to start practicing ready for work!!)
  • look at the fly lady site ([[http://www.flylady.net/d/getting-started/31-beginner-

babysteps/day-3/ babystep 3]])

House Blessing

  • mop downstairs

Zone Work

  • 15min declutter dining room

Missions

  • Wednesday - 15 min tidy of the hall
  • Thursday - 15 min tidy of the front porch area
carrotsandcelery · 03/05/2012 12:33

zoo that does not sound good. Maybe a trip to the doc is required. You shouldn't be in that much pain.

Ta Dahs:

made spinach and ricotta cannelloni (meal plan was made when it was a bit dull and it is now boiling)
most of peppermint slice made
most of tiffin made - both are for a friend's fundraiser this weekend
worktops tidied and wiped down
dw on

I have a list as long as my arm today but I am trying to stay calm and take it one step at a time.

liveinazoo · 03/05/2012 13:13

carrotsandcelery · 03/05/2012 13:24

bessie are you secretly a professional organiser?

carrotsandcelery · 03/05/2012 13:28

Peppermint Cream Slab

4 oz margarine
4 oz sugar
2 tbsp drinking chocolate powder
1 beaten egg
12 Clarinco peppermint creams chopped up (I use whatever Tesco have available that is similar enough)
1/2 lb digestive biscuits - crushed
chocolate for the top layer

Method

Melt the marg, sugar, drinking chocolate and egg over a gentle heat. Add all the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Put in a small lined swiss roll tin. Chill. When set cover with a layer of melted chocolate and chill again. Makes around 24 pieces (depending how big you cut them!) Grin
